Sorry what exactly is BFD and how is it set?? Ur actual request was sent on Jan 10- time would be given till 45 days so by Feb 25 they would expect to have ur MR/PCC/ RPRF documents....so y is BFD March 31?...Anything mentioned in GCMS notes.... ???

Bfd stands for bring forward date. This is usually set In two occasions

1. Additional document or modified form.request
2. Medical

When they send you a medical request , they usually mention a time frame to complete it. In theory they don't have to do anything with your apps untill they receive your medical report. So they set a bfd usally higher than your medical completion date. If they don't receive any update , your application becomes active In the visa officer queue when it reachs around bfd.

If the Vo is less busy, your application gets officer attention the moment they receive medical report
If the visa office is busy they may not check your app untill bfd strikes

Whats your app time line.... when did you send the RPRF, PCC, Medicals?

Folks,

BFD = Bring Forward Date

The date when next time your application will be seen/checked/verified/glanced by the Visa officer again. This may bed followed by another BFD and so on

How can you know the BFD date for your application

Does any one know if VO asks for proof of funds after getting AOR, can someone submit bank/govt savings certificates rather than bank statement

Check your notes session in gcms. Does I have antry - review required by visa officer- have seen a gcms lately with entry though the mediCal was sent.

Medicals are issued once the eligibility is completed and passed by dvo-documentation verification officer- they usally request medical report and some times ca. Recommend a cbo- candaian based officer- review

Finally it could just be they did not get enough time to loom at your application

Guys i completed my medicals on 03-02-2015

By when third line will be updated

If there is any problem in medicals, whether hospital will contact me or NDVO and in what time??

Hope everything is fine

It takes one to seven days for hospital to upload the medical results (depending on the hospitals)
If there were any further test required, the doctor would have asked you for that.....
After uploading, NDVo takes the final decision and would communicate you if any further tests would be required.
Third line usually gets updated in 7 to 15 days

Please provide a courier tracking number and scanned copy of the courier receipt at that time if applicable.

Above response I got for my query, My noc is 2171 and application filed date is 17th Sep

Now my question what should i conclude from this email, does it mean they didnt recieved my app, or there is a ray of hope as they said might be in queue for initial processing, however 2 sept is the last charge app for noc 2171.

Yes I did mentioned about my travel to Australia, I have not hidden anything from them and I did attached an old PCC of Australia with Victoria traffic history report with my file, taken during my stay in Australia in 2004.

I guess yours is a case where an outdated old PCC of Aus has been shared, hence the request, as it has to be valid during the time of submission.

Congrats! Now it is confirmed that NDVO issues PPR early in the week (usually Tuesday) and then stops and then focuses on sending MR in latter part of the week (Thu/Fri).

Sigh! let's wait for the next week to start.
