This question doesn't make sense. CAS is a tracking system and UCI is a personal #.

I guess you misunderstood the punctuation. or my bad punctuation..
I mean he had to wait till PER which is Positive determination of Eligibility. Hope its clear now

NOC - 2281
Visa Office - NDVO
Appl Reached - 13th November 2014
CC Charged - 14th January 2015
PER Received - 3rd February 2015

Got my 3rd line updated today.

It says "Medical results have been received."

Does this mean there is no problem with the medicals and the NDVO local doctors have verified it?

Does it mean that no follow up medicals tests are required?

Is there any way to know when my visa is stamped on passport before tracking starts ?

And also I need my passport within 2 weeks and CPC-O received it on Monday. Do you guys think it will be delivered by then ?

I attached a cover letter saying I need the passport within 10 calendar days since I need to travel outside the country in 2 weeks.
