I am in dilema between

1) Wait for NVDO reply
2) Send passport via friend (without waiting for a reply from NVDO)
3) Travel back to India (after waiting two more days)

Btw do you know the timeline when is passport back from stamping?

1 week- 10 days approx. if u do it thru VFS....(I am going by SS )

Btw I'd advise definitely against (2) as living without passport in Germany would be risky.......

So keep a cutoff date for NDVO to respond and buy an open ticket in d meantime

Any idea y d delay happened? Did the hospital delay it saying they were unable to upload....Or your medical reports faced some extra scrutiny....I rembr some post by another applicant where the hospital said uploaded, the applicant dbl-checked back after a week, the hospital then said there was a failure in upload, then again another week later, another failure and then finally success after another week and voila..3rd line updated 2-3 days after dat....

According to what i know -

you will have to submit a new application and the current visa will be considered expired once 12 months form Medical are over

the visa will expire and you have to start over with EE so you need to strike a balance go land in few days complete the formalities give some friends canada address ask them to collect the PR card and send it to you or bring it with them later you can land any time within two years after first landing.

Seniors any comments whether the information is right or wrong or wanna add tot he same...

Really do we have any reported instances of June ppr from ndvo. Appologies I use mobile and its damn slow here. Can someone confirm

When should I inform Vo abt this. Once I got my MR. Or before.

I got my per on 29th Oct. Nothing after that.

Any suggestions pls.

I have one problem.... My wife is 6 week Pregnant.. She cannot undergo X- Ray test. Please let me know is ther any alternate this test
and also let me know if she want to undergo X ray after delivery.. What is the procedure? and also how long it take to process application by adding new born baby in the application?

Dont mind me saying this but looking at your time on Nov 26 you were aware that you would have to Xray both in next 60 days...

If in this case i would delay Xray it till the birth or ask VO permission to directly do Serun test which will give results in 60 days

better that 8 months of waiting.

Applied on 6th Aug for 2 NOC's......got PER for both app...Spent almost Rs.140000/-

PER on 27th Nov......Still no 2nd Line....No MR.

Checking ECAS every hour....not able to concentrate on my work.

People with app date 18th Aug are getting MR!

Does VO give preference based on job code ??

Monika as per CIC all important changes (eg job change, marriage, divorce, etc) should be immediately informed as they are considered mandatory. In my opinion you should inform the VO immediately as they may be conducting a background check on your application now and if they find you are not working that may negatively impact your case. Alternatively you can inform after MR.....but I would'nt recommend that

Medicals uploaded on Nov 26. RPRF already paid. I wasn't asked for PCC. No response from CPC-O!
