Woo hoo, third line updated - "Medical results have been received."

Hopefully get RPRF any day now (Sao Paulo VO seems to get very quickly at the end).

Thanks for all the support everyone.

There's nothing like possibility of refusal after PER because it's less than rare.

Refusal after PER can be only for one of two reasons:

1. CIO, Sydney made a mistake - Either CIO, Sydney awarded you points incorrectly and your correct number of points fall below 67, or they incorrectly assessed your work ex to be eligible!

2. Your fault - Either you lied in your app about security questions such as your involvements with terrorists groups or you're medically unfit to migrate to Canada. ;) :P :D ;D

Good luck!

THANKS FOR REPLY.
I DID NOT LIE ANYTHING. IN MY VIEW POINT IS OK. WOULD YOU PLEASE TELL ME THE DUTY OF VISA OFFICE. VO FIRST REVIEW THE POINT THEN ISSUE AOR. IS NOT IT ?

i have received my medical request .. and i am taking light (minimum dose for any adult) of an anti depressant

does this affect the medical test... and show up on the blood test?
and i have read the doc asking you if you are on any medicine .. should i inform them that i am on them ?

Hi,

Yes it will show up based on the fact when you took it. (ideally saturation in blood will reduce within 48 hrs). But you are expected to declare any medication you take for mental aliments (like this) during you physical exam.

They will document it and will share it with the Canadian doc on the panel.

More detail around this is part of a detailed post 2 days back.

Hi
Can we download spreed sheet .If yes please advise how we can
Thanks

so the much awaited tuesday is passed without giving me DM or PPR

congrats to those who got any of these two today

m thinking that people who paid rprf online are recieving PPR/DM earlier as compared to those who paid via DD. what say forumites?

Thanks for your response. How did you inform your VO.
By raising case specific query. Do you also have NDVO as your visa ofc. I am not working anywhere right now. So just that I have to inform?

Dear Friends,

I have applied from Saudi Arabia under NOC 2132 (8years Exp) PER 20-Nov-14. My medical is not yet done.

Now i have job offer from Abu Dhabi & i have resident visa from UAE also.

My question is if i change my job at this time & go back to abu dhabi then it will affect my visa application or there will be no problem ?
no it will not cause any problem
go and enjoy living in Abu Dhabi

Brothers , I need Experts Opinion in a very Urgent question..

I know that if I got the visa ( hopefully in-shaa'allah ) it will be valid for One year from the medical receiving date. But, what If I won't be able to land during this period, what if I've very serious issue that will delay my landing ( I need around more 3 or 4 months .. just 3 more months )?? can the CIC extend the visa for 3 more months? even if I'll have to pay for the Visa's fees again, I don't mind to pay again..

what will happen if I didn't land in this 1 year period? will they cancel all my immigration process and my dream will be gone?? or will I have to do the medical exam again only ? or what exactly will happen?

I need your Help please.

According to what i know -

you will have to submit a new application and the current visa will be considered expired once 12 months form Medical are over

Hi All..

Receive MR from CIC..

FSW NOC 2173
App Received on July 30 2014
Per on Nov 26
2nd line Update on Jan 22nd
Medical Request: Feb 03

I have one problem.... My wife is 6 week Pregnant.. She cannot undergo X- Ray test. Please let me know is ther any alternate this test
and also let me know if she want to undergo X ray after delivery.. What is the procedure? and also how long it take to process application by adding new born baby in the application?

Thanks in advance...

Good to see June applicants have started getting PPR ... and all the best to people from May waiting for PPR... hopefully the trend of Tuesdays would be broken this week and they will consistently provide PER's which should be completed by this week a spill over to next week for Dec applicant.
After the dec applicant charging and PER all they are left with is 2nd line update, MR, RPRF and PPR.

So either ways all waiting for PPR need some more patience of week or two weeks for May and June followed by July which i am part of :D

All the best..!!!!!!

Inform VO and wait for the date and then process your application or

Do all the test for you and for wife except X-ray (for wife) and submit while informing them the situation.

I had discussion with a doc on this subject they say after four months on pregnancy the x-ray should not make an issue depending on the amoutn of raidation and duration around the same.. some docs do approve it but again as parents its your call.. the ideal or best way delay PR which is nothing compared to your new born ...
All the best ..
