I just called CIC again, the agent straight away agreed to give my UCI number after gathering my details she confirmed that no UCI is been generated until now.
I am very much worried, after 83 days no UCI Means rejection or what?
The latest CC/DD charged for my NOC 2132 is 3rd October.
Please advise is game over for me with FSWP or do I still have any hope......

toufiq, as per my limited knowledge I don't think u need to inform any VO, since u were not rejected any Visa. Hence Relax

I HAD ONE INFORMATION BUT DIDNT DISCLOSE TO CIC

With my previous employer, i had valid H1B petition but i neither get visa stamped on my passport nor had an interview. i was just holding valid petition and it was expired on 31st September 2014. I have copy petition letter with me. Original is with my employer.
If i need to inform them, how i do, which form need to be filled and what will be cover letter?

Hello Seniors,

I had applied under NOC2172 on 14 October and later i found that my credit card will expire on December 31 as I was given with a new card. So I again sent the application package on December 2 with the new credit card information under the same NOC.

Now that my first application got charged in my old CC on December, should I be worried the second application may affect the initial one since both are under the same NOC? I am keeping my credit card balance much lesser than 550 CAD just to make sure that the second one is not charged. is there any other means to make CIC reject the second one? I guess it will pass the completeness check.

I am waiting for PER on the initial one.

Looking forward to your thoughts.

Is there any update regarding NOC 1111..? Last CC was charged October 08, 2014. Did not hear anything after that.. Does anybody know what is going on? Has cap been filled or not..? Does October and November applicants are included in cap?

I checked with bank but still not en cashed. Anyone with me on same boat friends. Kindly keep me in your prayer who got their PER, MR, PPR. Please GOD help me.

u will have to wait a while. im also a 19th Nov applicant with DD and i will check with my bank by end of next week as it takes a while for the process to be complete.

Hello Everyone,

I just saw that I have received my RFPRF along with the updated information chart and PP Bio pages.

They have asked me to reply through the scan copy of all the document to be sent through email.

I have a question here that which email address should I reply on, is it the one from which I have received the email (LDNIMMIGRATION @ international .gc .ca) but that seems a generic one.

Also what does HPM mean (You may pay online as an HPM payment)

I got a Proof of delivery as on 29 December it has been delivered.

My category is 2172 under DBA category.Is there any hope for my application to be accepted or its too late.

u r in buddy, relax.

the only thing that can disturb u is Cap count. what I remember last time was by December mid there were already around 600 apps accepted into 2172....and charging was going on for September applicants..........now in next 3 months I don't know whats the position of cap.

well until unless u wont here a clear rejection from cio on cap basis, u r in and alive. sit tight and wait. good luck.

Do i need to send reference letter from new employer as well and experience letter from previous employer ?
