Hello Guys

I sent my FSW application on Nov 27th and is reviewed on Dec 19th but is returned this week with a IRPA reg 10 letter stating that I didn't provide a copy of degree certificate along with ECA . Thats my bad to forgot degree certi.

My question here is , can I resubmit now with the IRPA letter , attach the degree certi and send the package to be considered under the same FS 2014 program ?

Please advise .

Thanks

Sadly FSW 2014 ended on December 31, 2014. May I ask how you knew that they reviewed your file on December 19th? Thanks.

For those who are interested Nova Scotia is running a different skilled worker similar to FSW apart from EE. In case you are interested see the links...

Im sorry... the answer is NO.

Reason is, when your application is returned, it means it is incomplete because 1) lack of document 2) lack of poof to support the claims made,....

In any case, after rejection at any stage.... (after PER or even after Medicals),,... means case is closed.....

Any new additions or new applications are treated according to the immigration ministerial instructions on the day they received an application....

Further, there is something called 'LOCK IN DATE' that is the date ur application received and only if it is complete... then they will assign 'LOCK IN DATE' to any application......

Gud luck with express entry....

Where did the CIC move the CAP update page (http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/complete-applications.asp) ??

It currently points to Express Entry page.

Have patience. Wait for 2-3 more weeks. Some applicants experienced delay in getting PER. Delay does not meant rejection.

Meanwhile send an email to CIO to know your status.

@Century.....i wont doubt you at all because you are always on point and at the end your comments comes true....so WAITING mode activated more with top gear....thanks for the kind words.

Do not surprise to see MR without PER.... yes... I have seen some applicants did not get PER and got medicals directly...

Can u check ECAS yet? if so, I think, u are good...

PER delay could be because of 1) Lazy officer 2) Many files in under ur NOC/officer 3) May be second review on going..

or CIO did mistake and u may not get it.. though they think they have sent it u

Also ur case is DD.. so obviously ur PER is slightly delayed... ...

If ur VO is CPC-O write an email if they receive ur file, if it is other VO wait ~week and write an email...

Irrespective of PER date ur file will be evaluated at VO by application date.. .so no worries....

In any case all the very best
