Its now the EE process as of 1st Jan, so no way of re-applying under FSW2014

Hello Guys

I sent my FSW application on Nov 27th and is reviewed on Dec 19th but is returned this week with a IRPA reg 10 letter stating that I didn't provide a copy of degree certificate along with ECA . Thats my bad to forgot degree certi.

My question here is , can I resubmit now with the IRPA letter , attach the degree certi and send the package to be considered under the same FS 2014 program ?

Please advise .

sadly fswp 2014 is no more, they aren't excepting any applications what so ever after dec 31.......so u have to apply in EE.

see this is one reason among many why I suggest to hire a good listed authorized consultant...they do charge million dollars but u r always safe and worry free.

Hi Guys... one of the members was waiting for PPR and got an email from CPC that in their records they found that the clint has denied US visa... and wanted the clint to update Schedule-A

I remember I have applied for a transit visa and I did not get it as the officer did not find that 'travelling through US to save money' as an adequate reason for transit visa.....

I did not add it in my Schedule-A as I was thinking it was not a visitor/residence visa.......

BUT, now it looks like they have to do it before they ask me...

All of you please do it ASAP or send the form with your document request so that you all can avoid delays like this.....
