How i can inform them and when should i inform them this situation possibly i will leave dubai in February 2014.

2)when my DD will be charged? either its charged when my application been selected or they will charge first and then consider my application.

3) if they will proceed my application how long it will take for Passport request?

1. After 20 days of your PER, inform your VO through CSE: https://secure.cic.gc.ca/enquiries-renseignements/case-cas-eng.aspx?mission=london.
2. Wait around 120 days from the application received date. When CIO find your application is complete, it will encash the DD. Then find whether you are eligible according to Ministerial Instruction.
3. Around 210 days from the date your application is being received.

cant comment exactly brov..
at current 23/10 cc charged.

dd per mail normally comes in 2 weeks.
may b in ur case,its bit late due to cic holidays mode/ in rush of fswp.

I have one concern . is there any problem if australian study visa refusal 10year back and no stamp on passport , passport renewed and not mentioned on background form as no document and details are available now.

Guys, good news....I received 2nd line in my ecas that application started processing on Dec 18th. However, I havent received a mail for RPRF and MR yet. Will that take a whole month ?? Or i guess I have to wait until Jan 2015 once the holiday season is over ?? Any clue on the delay ?
App Received : 9th June
PER Received: 6th Oct
ECAS 2nd line: Started processing application on Dec 18th.

No. It is not considered as major change of background.

NOC 3012, did I make it in the qouta?
Maybe I get my PER on Jan 2015 latter weeks, by this unsureness things, am I qualified to apply in EE eventhough I have a pending application?
