Hello,
Can anyone share the mail copy received from cic requesting pcc/medical/ rprf(of course hiding personal details )? do they specifically request pcc from passport seva kendra or dsp office ?

You can submit pcc from either authority . Regarding PCC they only give you this link 'http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/security/police-cert/index.asp' to help you how to get a PCC.

When did you apply PCC, is it before request for PCC or after?

Post request.

But i suggest apply ASAP. I think i already responded you sometimes on this.

Please clarify it means there is no space to select visa office in the application?

Yes there is no need to select visa office in updated form( The latest one). [The option was there in older one.]
You have to use all updated forms.

Dear Seniors

I am about to send my application now ; just noticed in the checklist to select the visa office; where in the application is an option to select visa office please urgent replies needed

Heard that the latest form does not have an option to select a visa office. So I guess you just fill the form as it is and CIC will alott you an appropriate visa office based of your details.

also, from net i couldn't find this user whole over the net.
but with reference to date of cashe payment and the other full NOC it can be true this entery

its seems to be a false entry as the completeness check for Oct would have been done in the last 2-3 weeks only ..... and it takes at least 30 days Via CIC snail mail, mebbe more before the application reaches its owner after being returned by CIC.

secondly if the CAP was reached, CIC would have updated it like 3012 ( registered nurses) but only 3012 has been updated ... no others.

thirdly as per trends .... early Nov application would be covered within the CAP

however I could be totally wrong lol ....

i am calculating on basis of timeline of the application returned. If a 9th Oct was returned and the applicant was in USA it would easily take 2 weeks(Europe and Eastern countries may take 30 days or more) for the app. to reach back. That means the CAP was reached more than 2 weeks ago before the SS was updated. There have been 2 updates by CIC within that period. So, I guess CIC wouldn't miss updating the CAPPED NOC in 2 notifications.

hope my analysis is correct for my sake as well as all other 2132 applicants.

It has been long time i have posted here. I have atlast received PCC from Iran after a great struggle. NDVO did not send me extension email but i have sent the PCC (the only one left among the documents requested) last week along with cover letter. Still my ecas shows only one line. Keeping my fingers crossed and waiting for MR.

Iran PCC Experience: We applied through Iran Consulate, Hyderabad and got reference number. It took 4 months to receive it... very frustrating period, it was. Friend's Friend who is living in Iran helped us a lot in this regard. Continous follow-ups and enquiries make it little faster than the usual. Hence, Those who apply PCC for these countries, be patient enough and keep faith in GOD.

Waiting period for MR after PER is between 45-60 days. So have patience your MR mail will definitely arrive.

If someone has to apply PCC for those countries then what is the best time of application; shouldn't we apply that right after the file submission or after receiving PER email or lastly as and when required by CIC? Please advise. Thanks
