Heard that the latest form does not have an option to select a visa office. So I guess you just fill the form as it is and CIC will alott you an appropriate visa office based of your details.

I got my 3rd line updated. medical reports have been received..

I wonder whether they will enquire about me from my employer or not??

They haven't enquire yet...

If you reached the MR stage that means background check is done so no call to your employer will be made.

VO select option is no longer available so CIO will assign the right VO for you.

I got my medical done and that was an emedical.
But i dont know if that is received bt CIC or not. So my question where can i check if the reports has been received CIC or not.
OR I will see that updated in the application status link only.

hi,
its seems to be a false entry as the completeness check for Oct would have been done in the last 2-3 weeks only ..... and it takes at least 30 days Via CIC snail mail, mebbe more before the application reaches its owner after being returned by CIC.

secondly if the CAP was reached, CIC would have updated it like 3012 ( registered nurses) but only 3012 has been updated ... no others.

thirdly as per trends .... early Nov application would be covered within the CAP

however I could be totally wrong lol ....

i am calculating on basis of timeline of the application returned. If a 9th Oct was returned and the applicant was in USA it would easily take 2 weeks(Europe and Eastern countries may take 30 days or more) for the app. to reach back. That means the CAP was reached more than 2 weeks ago before the SS was updated. There have been 2 updates by CIC within that period. So, I guess CIC wouldn't miss updating the CAPPED NOC in 2 notifications.

hope my analysis is correct for my sake as well as all other 2132 applicants.

Hope you are right. All what we can do is waiting. I agree of point that CIC would updated if the cap got full. I am 17th Nov applicant for the same noc

Confirm with your hospital if ur medicals are fine and when they will upload the same. Generally they take 3-5 days to upload after u r done with ur medicals..
Once they upload, generally VO update third line within a week..
