Congratulations bro... dont mind the second line, it will be updated soon. Get your medicals done before december... Christmas is nearing... everything will be under hold from last week of december...

Does anyone know a way to request GMSC notes from outside canada?

And can you tell RPRF payment has been accepted by knowing "medical results have been received" line has appeared on ECAS?

I just can't be sure enough to feel relaxed. So, comments and experiences are appreciated

Finally today my 3rd and 4th Ecas lines are updated:
from in process to decision made
3.Medical results have been received.

4.A decision has been made on your application. The office will contact you concerning this decision.

Is it that after medicals have been received we get 4th line and then passport request?Or did you receive passport request earlier?

Good evening all
i need your opinions.

here is my situation.

i have to submit documents to Manila VO by 28th Nov. 2014.
right now, Medical exam done, RPRF paid, japanese PCC in my hand.

i have to get another PCC from a country in south east asia.
my friend's wife plan to come to japan this weekend and bring the PCC for me.
unfortunately, today she fell ill seriously.she was forced to cancel the plan to come to japan this weekend.
so, it is impossible for me to send document together next week.

Question

should i send the documents separately? or ask the VO to extend the deadline 5 more working days, so that i can send the documents together?
VO does not recommend to send documents separately.

App received date 28 Aug.



I will update the SS and give further update later today.

have a query and I would appreciate if people can answer it

Firstly, I have submitted my documents to CIO and hopefully it will reach there by 21st November.
Regarding the form IMM0008DEP, I didn't include that form in my application package because I have only a spouse and no children. And have mentioned in the checklist as " Not Applicable".

I hope I am in the right direction??

Secondly, NoC 0911 is showing 128 caps as of now. I hope I can make it within the cap.

Lastly, when can I expect to hear my PER from CIO

Why can't you tell your friend's wife to send it to you in urgent by post?? Then you can send it to your VO in one go!
