I have applied under 1212 .. So far capping is 113... Is there a chance that I ll b part of it by end February ... As I have sent ma file on 10th November. And

One more doubt.. Will my employer be contacted before cc charged or after cc is charged..?

So in Nutshell we don't know how CIO is updating CAPS.
Seniors so can we say that once application is charged , one is counted in NOC cap count ?

Mine is 2132 NOC and application received on 24/9/2014 ,so bit worried about CAP looking at software guys.

I don't think any of the symptoms CIC is looking for can be reduced by medication and even if u do, it will be misrepresentation. The precautions, i have mentioned are the ones recommended by doctors once results of first test are not satisfactory. The whole purpose of explaining these precautions here is to avoid extra burden of medical tests (for some of us (living outside India an Pak), these tests are very costly).

IN ANY CASE I WOULD SUGGEST YOU TO AVOID ANYTHING THAT CAN BE CONSTRUED MISREPRESENTATION, even if ur intention is not that of misrepresentation but to avoid complexity and delays.

His application received 2 weeks later than mine. Same payment method, same NOC. He got PER, me still nothing. Doesn't it mean I am rejected?

See no one can say how CIC is working on files? Everyone should be very confident till they get some bad news from CIC.
I saw that many last week july applicants and a AUGUST applicant got their application back, in that case you are mid july applicant i think you have a very good chance to get PER.

I have one doubt. If someone has degree in Mechanical and work experience (total) in Software industry, can eligible for applying under categories like 2173, 2172, 2171, etc.?

Nope brother...This does not indicates that u have rejected....Sometimes it takes time compare to other applicants.....

I can give u an example that, before two weeks, u were also anxious with this thing that ur later applicants have gotten PER.....

So how this applicant -Adisu01 got PER? As per ur predication he should have been rejected already......


So just be patient....

Check what happens....I am again telling ---- time have not elapsed yet for early Jul applicants.....

If u get ur PER then dont forget to invite me for a treat....

Bhaia, I am unable to figure out, what have I done wrong. Checked again and again and could not find a single error other than the July Generic form, which was replaced later. But you and others already said it is not an issue for rejection.

I feel like crying sometime. Its your words that give me hope again. Please pray for me. If I get PER, I will treat you anywhere you want.

And btw Adisu01 and I are not on the same date. He is 15th July and got PER. I am 2nd July with no news yet.

I am happy to announce the the arrival of my golden PER Email . Thanks all my friends here for your assistance.

Couple of things

1: I took 3 Separate DD ( 550+550+150) as the bank was requesting lot of things for one single 1250 DD
2. I don't have a birth certificate - Provided Notarized SELF AFFIDAVIT + Notarized Secondary School certificate
3. Provided HDFC bank Letter ( Did not provide a full Bank Statement) + FD
4. Forgot to mention the date on on which the photo was taken
5. Provided PCC that was issued by Passport sevakendra
6. Graduation ( IN BA History) and Job experience are different but do have certifications

Best things you can do reduce the pain of waiting

1. Send an Email to CIC after 6 or 7 Weeks and request them for UCI number
2. When you call up CIC call center, never ask them for the Status update, Instead come up with stories stating you would like to have ur UCI number etc- Develop Social Engineering Skulls
3. CIC call center has access to all your details.

Those who have not received PER and has a valid Card charge /DD encash

1. Check your ECAS status, use full name if surname does not work- Can you access
2. if yes, Call CIC help line and tell them that you have access to your application status but not sure whether you have received a PER email .( I did yesterday , within seconds I received my email). They would leave a note- thats what they told me - . Be very nice to them ,its a tough job answering tons of calls
3. Those who don't have UCI number - Call CIC and ask them for UCI number . tell them you don't need application status and you need only UCI number to check the status of your application online or send some updated documents

Those who could see ECAS and not now:

1. Call CIC help line and tell them. then they would send an Email and request you to send the detail. Generally you get a response in a single day. I had the email but not sure how I got it deleted from my inbox.
