My application for FsWP 2014 reached cic on 22 August 14 for NOC 2173.

Can my app make it within CAP ? CAP already reached 1000.

No CC charged yet. Any inputs please seniors.

Hi, I have a bank loan and I did not declare it in my application cause I think it will make my net fund lower and I don't have enough money to add on it.
Is there any way that CIC can check if I have bank loan?
I'm just worried about it.

No banks will not reveal such details to 3rd parties.

guys my cc statement showing pending transaction $ 1100 from citizenship .what does pending means ? if approved y show pending ? thanks

Talk to your bank immediately to check if it approved or not and if it is not then ask them to approve.

See no can say how CIC is working on files? Everyone should be very confident till they get some bad news from CIC.
I saw that many last week july applicants and a AUGUST applicant got their application back, in that case you are mid july applicant i think you have a very good chance to get PER.

I am 2nd July applicant. I thought DD takes little longer than CC and that is why my PER is delaying. But today I saw a 15th July applicant (2281) with DD got PER.

And I was happy for not getting my file back until now. But today I saw some June applicants just received their file back. It made me anxious again. Please pray for me.

I have applied under 1212 .. So far capping is 113... Is there a chance that I ll b part of it by end February ... As I have sent ma file on 10th November. And

One more doubt.. Will my employer be contacted before cc charged or after cc is charged..?

Yes Navraj you will be in.

If required verification is done after your file reaches Visa Office i.e. after CC Charge --> PER ---> File Transfer to VO.

I have one doubt. If someone has degree in Mechanical engineering and work experience (total) in Software industry, can eligible for applying under categories like 2173, 2172, 2171, etc.?

Could someone through some light on this as i am preparing for EE 2015.

1. Send an Email to CIC after 6 or 7 Weeks and request them for UCI number

Do you mean 6 or 7 weeks after the application is submitted?
What is the email address?

If you send a query after 7 weeks from your application received date. Then CIC will reply back to you regarding your query after 45 days.
If you send a query within a month from your application received date you will get a reply that they can't fetch your document.

Guys, mine reached on 24th September and as per current number we all are in 8). i think October 4th week applicants to have good chance.

That's a relieving update. My first application returned. 2nd application got there 2nd Oct. I've been doing permutation and reassuring myself it would be in the cap. May it be so in Jesus name.
