Bhaia, I am unable to figure out, what have I done wrong. Checked again and again and could not find a single error other than the July Generic form, which was replaced later. But you and others already said it is not an issue for rejection.

I feel like crying sometime. Its your words that give me hope again. Please pray for me. If I get PER, I will treat you anywhere you want.

And btw Adisu01 and I are not on the same date. He is 15th July and got PER. I am 2nd July with no news yet.

So in Nutshell we don't know how CIO is updating CAPS.
Seniors so can we say that once application is charged , one is counted in NOC cap count ?

Mine is 2132 NOC and application received on 24/9/2014 ,so bit worried about CAP looking at software guys.

I have one doubt. If someone has degree in Mechanical and work experience (total) in Software industry, can eligible for applying under categories like 2173, 2172, 2171, etc.?

yes he/she can apply but only in 2172 at present and other categories after Express Entry

The answer to your first ques is "Yes u can apply under these categories provided u have a valid experience letter from ur employer clearing stating ur roles and duties that sync with the NOC which u wana aplly for." Also ur Btech degree needs to be evaluated either WES or any other agency.

But since these NOC are very hot and almost will be exhausted by the time u apply...I suggest u go for EE...u can google it...m sure u"ll get sufficient material for understanding.

How it is possible that NOC 2173 CAP increased by 301 in just 3 days............if we look at the speed since May 2014, average is 50 file per week but all of a sudden, CAPS reached from 699 to 1000.

I am not able to understand this. can someone help me to on this. I am 4th sept NOC 2173 applicant

Hi all,
I was in UAE for total of 7 months on work visa. But its not straight 7 months.
I stayed there for 5 month and then again for 2 months. Gap between both of these visits is one month.
Is it possible that VO can ask for PCC for this stay??

I need ur advice..

i was applying for NOC 1114.. my experience to this noc was in the year mid 2009 to 2012.. after that my experience does not relates to this NOC.. which is totally irelevant..

i m bit confuse what to do..
i continued the job as well and studies as well after 2012..

So should i show unemployed after the relevant experience ends or
to show studying during that time after 2012
or to show the experience which not matches my NOc.. will that effect my case in any manner..

If you send a query after 7 weeks from your application received date. Then CIC will reply back to you regarding your query after 45 days.
If you send a query within a month from your application received date you will get a reply that they can't fetch your document.
