If you are married and have marriage cert, you do not need IMM5409E. If your marriage cert is not in English, you need to following:

1) Photo copy of your original cert (native language)
2) Notarized translated copy of marriage cert with the affidavit from legal entity

Mate, Since that you are September applicant, you will have charging somewhere in January 2015. Also, that you are residing in London , so you can get the PCC in a week... So best time you send your application PCC in First week of December 2014..

Hello fellow forum members, I have a quick question with regards to arranged employment.

I have a company which has released an offer to me to support my application for FSW for NOC 2172. Now is it an absolute mandate to have the LMIA certificate or can I apply with just the offer letter as proof of arranged employment? I guess not but just wanted to confirm from the experienced members here.

Sorry Lalitt, Bad news for you. I dont think you can make the cap of NOC 2173. 425 is the number of complete applications processed till 2nd week of June. They are right conducting completeness check for applications submitted in Sept. By now there would enough applications for 2173 for the 1000 mark to be reached. Consider if you job duties would align with 2172 [DB related NOC] as you might make the cap for that NOC.

Hello SonOfOdin, would you say the same about NOC 2171 as my application is supposed to reach CIC today? & whatever I have read on the forum, I believe the current numbers on the CIC website are as of July 1st week. Someone posted that a 4th July application got rejected in 2174 due to cap being reached. Somebody also posted that the volume of applications has significantly reduced after August. Thanks in advance!

If the cap is reached, your application is rejected and returned with a rejection letter and all your documents. For Express Entry, the procedure is still not out and its a different process all together. You have to apply separately. Consider applying through EE itself if you think that your profile would be hot with prospective employers in Canada. Again, some forum member speculate that EE could be a tougher process that FSW. These are just speculations. Nothing concrete has been announced.

P.S: the rejected package is sent back from canada through regular mail and it takes nearly 2 months to reach India. Which means ur IELTS score is stuck in transit all the while.

How much time would it take from the time my application is sent > then get rejected if cap is full > then get my documents back through courier.
Based on this i can start apply and if there are more chances to get rejected, i should plan for EE 2015

i would say 90 % confirmed after CC Charge. The only thing left would be Eligibility Check. They will calculate your points and all. PER should be on your way

As per spreadsheet 98 members out of 182 for NOC 1112 have been charged fees or are in further advanced stages.

CIC site mentions 518 nos. to date. (around 19.5% representation for this NOC on this forum)

There are 62 members as per SS in this NOC who have submitted their applications before 18th July (before you), but not yet charged. Extrapolating, as per 19.5% representation for this NOC, we get around 318 candidates who have not been charged, but are ahead of you.

518 + 318 = 836.....

So I guess you will make it comfortably as per these rough calculations.
