Many thanks to all of you for your support and positive attitude!

Now waiting for PER with my fingers crossed (I have some issues with PoF due to the national currency rate fluctuation and I hope they will accept it as it is or ask me to update PoF rather than just reject my application.

I've also updated the SpreadSheet.

Please +1 me for that And please explain why people are so eager to receive these +1? What can I do with'em?

Everyone here @ forum have to understand that we are here for CANADA, a Free country, very COLD, and where there is COLD there is more POSITIVITY ENERGY...its a scientific phenomenon and as per Life Science our AURO is more strong and positive in COLD regions...& so do we are @ Forum
Its about to start winter in CANADA....Can you guys feel the COLD coming close to you ? 8) 8) 8)

Can i put my file in NOC2232(Mechanical engineer technologist-Diploma Engg) instead of NOC2132?Yes go for NOC 2232
but ensure your reference letter has the lead statement of this NOC and you can do at least 60-70% of the main duties
of NOC 2232

Application received at CIO Sydney(NS) Office : 09-June-2014
Primary NOC 2011 Code: 2133
Calculated Points: 79
Payment Mode : CC(Citi Bank)_Also I had notified my Bank for the upcoming transaction from "IMMIGRATION CANADA FSW - SYDNEY NS.

Since from the time of submission 145 days are over, so how long further CIO will take in order to send across the PER or their decision.

Looking forward for your valuable comments and suggestions soon.

Have u heard anything back from CIC. myself 26th June applicant and have not heard anything so far. I can see there are few june applicants still waiting desperately. i think we are still in. so lets be posititve and hope for the best.

Hello fellow forum members, I have a quick question with regards to arranged employment.

I have a company which has released an offer to me to support my application for FSW for NOC 2172. Now is it an absolute mandate to have the LMIA certificate or can I apply with just the offer letter as proof of arranged employment? I guess not but just wanted to confirm from the experienced members here.

I am planning to apply for PR Visa, I married two years before and applying for my spouse also.
Do I need to provide IMM5409E_Comn_law_Partner document? I know I need to submit wedding certificate.

My concern about IMM5409E_Comn_law_Partner whether to submit or not??
