FSWP-2014 CIO Addendum and CSE Spreadsheet updated with new entries from applicants.
Also I upgraded the engine preventing the users to modify existing information either by malicious intent or by accident. I also created a separate sheet with a FAQ on sending CSE and Addendum.

One app. pertaining to 13th August was sent back and received on 25th/10/2014, hence, I wouldn't be surprised if August apps. are done with screening since it takes approximately a month for rejected app. to be received.

I got 45 days for MR, Indian PCC, RPRF
I got 90 days for FBI Report from CIC

Nope, self declaration will not be considered, your file will be rejected, try to convince your HR for the same if still they dont try talking to some higher authorities for getting the same, if still not able to get it, get it from your reporting authority or seniors on letterhead, with his sign, designation, contact info and mail id, also you can attach his visiting card with the letter....Thanks....

There were some instances in the past where forumites received their gotten charged text on Saturday.. perhaps texts were/are received late due to mobile network congestion.

Dear Friends,

I have all the documents ready with me like ECA, IELTS result, Company reference letter, PCC etc. but I do not have a birth certificate. My 1st query is to know if there is any specific format for Affidavit in lieu of Birth Certificate. Is that acceptable??. As i kept waiting for getting birth certificate but due to shortage of time I was not able to arrange one and now it seems to me that I am too late to apply for NOC 2173. Can you please advise me how should I proceed further and apply at this point of time for NOC 2173 or Should I wait till January 2015 to get Express Entry launched. I am in a dilemma if someone could please advise what could be the best way ahead
