The processing times in CIC website does not apply to FSW14 right?? all the numbers are around 20 to 30 months there, but we see cases with less than 6 months. Is this because those cases applied in early May or are these faster processing times apply to all fsw applicants?

Hi members. I'm a july 14 applicant, no cc charge till date. Cio have started charging july 16 applicants. Is it safe to say that i got rejected? However, i should have received my application back since it will take a month for the delivery. Now, i want to try again but i need to know the reason for rejection. My noc is 2132 and i'm running out of time. I have sent them an email two weeks ago and my prediction is i will get a reply last week of nov. Any recommendations? Thanks.

Call them up on their helpline and find the truth or wait for another week to see if you get charged.

By the grace of God, today (Friday Oct 31, 2014) I got back my Passport with Visa and COPR!! My app was filed May 21, 2014 so it is now exactly 5 months and 10 days since my app was received and one month since processing began. I am so excited, it's almost impossible to contain it.

I would like to thank everyone here on this forum for the support and valuable information imparted, especially in the initial months when not much was known or very clear. I can never repay you guys, but I will always help as many as I can, like the ones who helped me.

On my ECAS, it is still showing "In Process" with 3rd line :o, still no Decision Made, but I foresee ECAS will finally catch up on Saturday.

Wish everybody a successful visa journey.

All the best & Meet you in Canada! :D

One app. pertaining to 13th August was sent back and received on 25th/10/2014, hence, I wouldn't be surprised if August apps. are done with screening since it takes approximately a month for rejected app. to be received.

I am August 25th applicant, I mentioned Canadian mailing address to save time in case of rejection. Hopefully completeness check is over ::)

@Mona76

Those are general processing time but FSW2014 is believed to be fast tracked for high demand occupations.

Hi Vind,

As you said its 45 days to receive the MR but in my case its 60 days crossed; the only update is "Processing Started" a week back. The PER was received first week of september but no MR yet? Why mine case goes to Processing whearas the most of the applicant found to be MR directly after PER received within deadline of 45 days?

What I said is a general timeline observed but there are people who are waiting more than 60 days also, cic perform various checks and verifications that depends on the documents submitted and how much vo is satisfied with your application. Sometimes this process takes unusual time so there is delay in some cases.

This is my understanding

Need help urgently...

IELTS Scores

L: 6.5
R: 6.5
W: 6.5
S: 6.5

These figures gives me over all of 6.5 in TRF and 19 points for CIC immigrations...is this final? or am eligible for +4 also for second language?

If i add 19+4 = 23, i qualify for 67 points, if not NO.......................................

I received PER on September 23.
Yesterday I received MR and RPRF emails, but I never received anything else in between and my ECAS only has 1 line:
1. We received your application for permanent residence on May 29, 2014.

Is this normal???
I noticed everyone got a 2nd line added to their ECAS before MR/RPRF.

this is perfectly normal. Congrats and +1 to you

It way too early to think on those lines of negativity, have patience and if you paid by DD what little extra more and stay positive ;D

No action required :D ;D :D
