Is it mandatory to send medical acknowledgement to VO? If yes, via email is ok?
It does not state in MR email.
You shouldn't need to send anything to the VO as the panel physician (PP) will submit your medical results directly. If you are submitting other documents requested, you could include a note to say when the medical was/will be done and just note that the PP will submit results when complete.

Hi Seniors,

If my passport is issued in a foreign country i.e. in the embassy of my nationality, what shall I mention in Generic application form in passport "Country of Issue"?

Country of my Nationality or Country of Issuance?

CanadianLov3 said:
How about mention "Country of Origin ________(as your own Country) but issued in ________" to be on safer side? , hence your call. Perhaps someone can suggest a better suggestion here.
Any more suggestion please?

You should always mention the place of issue from where your passport was issued. Write the place of issue same as mentioned in your passport.

1. I guess you do both simultaneously and depending on your need go whichever first you would like. As long as you have passport with you decide on which PR you want to process.
2. It depends on courier you use and time taken by then. I would say give 30 days.
3. 30-60 days.
4. I guess you can do both PR's simultaneously.
5. I dont think so. Both of them are independent and you can use whichever you like as long as you wish.
6. Both are independent.
7. Yes you can.

Questions to you.

1. How much did you spend for AUS PR.
2. What is your NOC for canada and similar job code for AUS
3. How come your got AUS PR within 6 months ? I guess it is taking atleast a year ?

Dear Forum members,

I am 13th May Applicant (from NDVO, NOC 2133) got MR, PCC, RPRF request just five days ago for me, my wife & and our two year kid. I am going to send my all docs to NDVO soon. Actually When I applied last time for FSW-2013, due to cap reached, my file was returned. So I went for Australia PR in FEB-2014 and by grace of GOD, I got visa grant for AUS in this OCT-2014. Now confusion/dilemma is as follow:

1) Now what should be done in this case? Should I go to AUS first to validate/stamp my AUS PR/visa after sending my MR, PCC, RPRF to NDVO? In this case I can wait for passport request from Canada and I can stay about 2 months to stamp my AUS PR visa and then come back to India and send my passport to NDVO when passport request generated from NDVO.
2) How much time generally NDVO take to send us passport request after MR done? And how much time generally NDVO provide to send passport to NDVO? Is just like 45 days like we send MR,PCC?
3) Generally when NDVO return our Canada stamped passport to us? Within a month or 2-3 months?
4) OR, in a second case, should i wait for passport request from NDVO and then after stamping Canada PR , i fly to AUS to validate/stamp my AUS visa!! Is it possible? I mean can anyone continue with two PRs simultaneously for a just 3-4 months? I don't want to continue both PRs simultaneously and just want to check my better job prospects in both countries after visiting them personally.
5) Will my stamped Canada PR affect me to enter in AUS?
6) Or my stamped AUS PR will affect my FSW application when i will send my passport to NDVO?
7) If i enter once in AUS for 2 months and then wish to come India to continue my Canada application, is it possible and legal? Shall i need to take resident return visa from AUS if i want t fly back to AUS in future?
8) Is there any immigration rule that one has to surrender any one PR if gets two, especially in case Canada & Australia? I want to surrender any one of them but not now as i want to check my job opportunities in both countries and the after 4-6 months after visiting both countries, i will surely surrender one visa since it would not be practical at all moving back & forth!!

I am actually doing my PR procedures for both countries on my own without any consultant ,so i am having all above queries and i would be deeply thankful if anybody can shed some light whatever information you people have.

Manoj.

I think you should take time and decide for which country you want to go, if still you want to try both out you should get visa stamped for canada and then pursue to australia as pr visa is valid for 1 year from the date of medicals, also i dont think there is any rule that you cannot apply for multiple PR, I have a friend who had australia PR and got canada PR afterwards, also he went to australia and then to canada and decide which is better for them. atleast get your canada PR stamped and then decide, also on PR visa you can enter and exit country at your will if i am not wrong, also forum seniors could put more light on this.............Thanks.....

The embassy of your country is a part of your home country and any document issued by it considered exactly the same as the one issued in the authorities in your country, so you just write the name of your country in the answer of that question

Hi Seniors,

I'm also planning to apply for FSWP. I have worked with Infosys from the Role of Systems Engineer Trainee : Oct 2009 till Technology Analyst till July 2014. I had 2 questions.

1) My profile matches exactly 2174 (computer programmer), but it has reached its cap, so I was planning to apply for 2173 (Software Engineer), which also matches a bit to my role. Is there much difference?
2)Infosys is not giving letter of letter of reference. So how should I go about it?
(A) Ask my supervisor to sign a letter with roles and responsibility and attach his/her business card along
(B) Affidavit of my own giving my responsibilities and explaining why I can't submit the same on a company letter head
(C) Other

Please advise.

Thanks for you great work on the SS
What about the cap estimates, would you add it later ?
CIC does not seem to behave predictably regarding the caps for now. Even though they've updated the cap for 2174 to 1000 - it's an unexpectedly big jump from the previous value for 2174 and it's (possibly) too soon according to the old estimates. And still there are no applications returned due to full cap.
I guess CIC wanted to tell as soon as possible that the cap is full, but it's not yet clear what App.Received dates it corresponds to.

We with other admins have decided to temporarily hide the cap estimates because there's too much uncertainty and it's not even clear if the estimates are close to being correct. As soon as we start getting applications returned due to full cap, the situation becomes more clear and we'll most probably be able to provide meaningful estimates.

Hi members. I'm a july 14 applicant, no cc charge till date. Cio have started charging july 16 applicants. Is it safe to say that i got rejected? However, i should have received my application back since it will take a month for the delivery. Now, i want to try again but i need to know the reason for rejection. My noc is 2132 and i'm running out of time. I have sent them an email two weeks ago and my prediction is i will get a reply last week of nov. Any recommendations? Thanks.

If I were you I will wait a little bit more. Why you don't shoot inquiry to cic. Be patient ...patient is virtu when you apply for fsw
