yes resubmit with another letter with detailed experience. Just wondering why you don't try your luck in experience class as well? CEC, in which even filled caps won't affect you!

You must arrange the required documents and I would suggest you to take advice (about the details being good enough as an admissible proof of your work experience) from the senior members here...

They are all helping and that must solve the issue this time. However, Your NOC I guess is not a very hot one, and hence, Your chances would still be bright.

And I think your documents, with a hole on the top left, must be admissible, but you better get a few more confident YES from the fellow members, the risk is high. :(

I have the same NOC, and my application reached CIC on 16 July. But I did not hear anything from CIC. My card was not charged either. Should I worry?
