if I apply under 2172 ( with only 1 year experience in 2172 and 5 years in 2281 ) how much points I may get from work experiences? 9 points for 1 year ..or 15 points for 6 years ?

Can we request to CIC to change Visa Office (VO) after receipt of PER? Let say if I want to change Visa Office from Singapore to New Delhi as Singapore VO is too slow!

I don't understand what you are suggesting. If one doesn't provide original WES report with the application, it will be returned as incomplete without CC charge, so there wouldn't be any waiting for PER. If sending an addendum, it needs to be done BEFORE the completeness check is performed.

I have one question regarding WES report

If somebody did not get WES original report as he ordered it by normal post and it lost on the way. After that he applied for additional copy and he got one copy mentioned "DUPLICATE report" on it .he sends the same with his application last year FSW2013.
His FSW2013 application unfortunately got rejected after DD encashed due to less points (less than 67) and File do not come back. He send an email to CIC to know when his original documents will be back and CIC replies that they will keep IELTS and original in their record. and for IELTS they specially mentioned that he can send photocopy with the copy of refusal mail of his application.

Now he apply again in FSW2014, He sends photocopy of same WES report which he got last year (in which Duplicate mentioned). Even he checked on WES after log in , Service level: WES ICAP is showing. And there are two reports one is Additional and another is Original once he click on Original the service level automatically changes it shows - FSWP Credential Assessment.

Is eveything fine ?
My question is CIC able to assess his wes report Online?

I am not sure on this and I think this is something that needs to be clarified with WES and CIC. It seems that when WES issues a duplicate report, it is no longer considered original by CIC. There was another applicant whose application got returned due to this issue. This, to me, seems like a HUGE oversight or miscommunication between WES and CIC. WES issued document SHOULD be considered an original, if not what's the point in paying extra for the duplicate? Anyways, what I think one needs to do is call WES and just push them to issue an original that does not say "duplicate". And also file a formal complain to CIC about this. I hope this will be sorted out soon.

I do not understand your reply. What do you mean by wrong Service Level?
After log in
Service level- WES ICAP
After click on Evaluation of Additional report no change in the service Level But if he click on Evaluation of Original report and then all the time Service Level - FSWP credential assessment.

Is this normal to everyone who ordered additional report last year or this year

2014-08-26 PER - Positive Eligibility via email

2014-09-15 email - we received your application on 05/13/2014

2014-09-30 We have started to process your application 09/30/2014

2014-10-16 Request for Medical/Passport/Fees Request

NOT OKAY>>>>>CIC LOOKS FOR ORIGINAL ECA (and yes, duplicate copies from WES are okay and taken as Original ECA by cic) and photocopies of DEGREES will need to be included in app..(IMP point)

YES, this year people took the package for International Evaluation not for FSWP. They have got email that please convert International Evaluation into FSWP evaluation, pay some amount to wes and we will check the FSWP report online.
