while Browsing this link, got to know about Express Entry...
It seems good, but just got one doubt...

Those NOC (for e.f NOC 3142) which require Professional Test in Canada to acquire License to practice, seems could not be part of this express Entry system, as this system works with an approval from employer thru a job bank portal. No Employer can be sure that applicant's future success in Proficiency test.

Hello People,

Is the local VO(NDVO in my case) doing any background check. I thought these things were outsourced, but considering the pace at which I see MR and RPRF request, I doubt if they are doing any checks. I am a 3rd June applicant with PER received on 29th Sept. When can I expect to see some progress on ECAS??
