Yes, you're right! According to this NOC tutorial: http://www5.hrsdc.gc.ca/noc/english/noc/2011/Tutorial.aspx#8, the first digit of an NOC code indicates the skill type and the second digit identifies the skill level. Chefs are NOC 6321, indicating skill level 3, which again looking at the tutorial, skill level 3 corresponds to skill level B. So that qualifies.

No I mean MR. They don't send any request to update any change in your family i.e. if you got married, etc. But they do/might send request for additional documents along with MR.
