I just got a mail from CIO that my application, has been given Positive Eligibility Status. UCI number has been given. It was stated in d mail that my DD got encashed on Sept 29.

Received: 10th June
Payment Mode: DD
DD Encashed: Sept 29
PER Received: 7th Oct
NOC: 1112

I have been trying to update my status on the spreadsheet but i could not. Can someone plsase help update it on my behalf?

Got the golden message....My CC got charged on 6/10/2014.
NOC:2173
App Received:18/6/2014.
Can somebody tell me how to update the SS since I lost the edit link.
After applying for FSW,I changed my daughter's first name legally and got a new passport. Should I inform CIC after getting the PER mail or to the local VO?Could you please tell me whether any document needs to be prepared like affidavit.Will this cause any problem to my visa processing?

Hi Vind,

If the settlement funds are shown as Fixed Deposit, would they ask for bank statement of the fixed deposit account?

Vind, any idea about this? Am wondering if CIC wants to know more about the settlement funds proof, will they ask for source of the money in FD? if so, how do I show they source if I have transferred it from 3 accounts of mine and after liquidating few stocks?

Thanks...yes we got mail from CIC stating same
but we haven't got our document back as our DD was already en cashed and they have started processing of our application so they have taken our documents with them for their record.

Wife's birth certificate!! I did not think it was a big deal at the time...

I mailed CIC 12 days back, still no response, followed up with another email yesterday.

If you have provided her 10 th certificate which has her dob and name of atleast one parent then you should be fine. Else you can send a scanned copy on the email with all possibke details of your and your applucation and also try to fax. I think it would not be important who is faxing and where from.

So try your luck bro. I wish officer at completness check desk have ignored it. They will respond to your email within 30 to 45 days.

Addition: mention inemail subject : " urgent follow up required"

1. can anyone help me with which type of Driver history report is required from residents of Victoria(Australia) for PCC ?
i mean 5 yr or full license history report?

2. National police certificate from AFP as 4 choices, which one we need- just name check or with fingerprints, from govt or non govt organisation?

NOC 2174, June 5th Applicant, DD Payment type still no PER Email though received the Application Number thru Enquiry Email and ECAS Status shows 1.We have received your application for permanent residence on June 5, 2014.

Wait for couple of days, week or so. Otherwise raise your query either on phone or on their portal
