Sorry to hear that but on the web they say L 7.5 u get 5 points and 6 u get 4 points so I guess your 7 is 4 points. You still meet the minimum requirement but I think if you cannot get a point from somewhere else, you should retake the test to get higher point.

i.had given 3 times already n filled 4th time Ielts on Nov 1.. but i want to know that should i send my file with this score and later New result of Ielts before they pick my file for PER ?

Apply as early as possible, you have not only got a good chance but a very good chance,, 2131 as of end of may is 173 (No one is dam sure about this number whether it is completed applications or per issued),for June and July the numbers might go down ,this NOC will surely go till the end of October. Don't panic, just re apply with a new DD. You have nothing to loose buddy, believe me you will be in the cap. This NOC is not that hot as you are thinking. Good Luck...

How much time NDVO takes from PER to VISA issue? I can see no visa yet issued by NDVO from SS.

You can consider maximum 6 months. it could be as less as 4 months as well.

Hey Stop worrying, that would be easy. You're good for now, expiry is Jan 2015. Come Dec (hopefully you already got PER and don't need to do this) if your DD has not been negotiated yet, you may to go to your bank and have your DD revalidated. Good Luck!

You will get 19 points provided you have taken the general module.

Guys I need urgent advice I am going to apply for FSW under NOC 111 I haven't even started the assessment process so it will take me about two to three months get my application documents ready as I am based in Pakistan. So what is the last date CIC will receive application under FSW 2014 I read that its December 2014 which I dont think I can make it? please advice urgently

As per ministrial instruction no. 12, the cap will remain unclosed till April 30, 2015 unless notified further regarding any new twist or turn.

The current program will remain open till april 30 2015.But try to file before 1st of January.

No - that you cannot be sure. You don't know the order of how they check the items. But, from experience, they usually check for/take payment first.

So in your situation - there is a chance that they haven't looked at rest of the application except for payment.

Also - UCI is given when everything is completed - and in your case, it's not completed.
