The standard procedure for any document is that it should be valid (at the most 1 Year old) by the time Application is received, so i doubt that VO will ask for a fresh copy. But again if local VO has any doubts about the documentation then they might ask for a new for which they will provide adequate time frame to arrange the same.

Regarding the file being transferred to local VO, its depends on your local VO. So let us know your VO and seniors can guide you on the same.

A query

I have got my statuary declaration from my aunt (sponsorship). On which date is mentioned as 23 Oct 2013 . I have heard its valid for 1 year.
I am June 6th applicant and might get PER soon (if evrythng goes well ;D) . Den when my case is transferred to local VDO. Can dey ask me to submit a fresh copy ??

No need to get anxious, it normally takes 4 to 5 extra working days for DD to clear because of many banks are involved.

I had the same situation and wasn't getting any update on DD enchasement but suddenly after 5 days of checking the sheet of the guys getting PER with the same date as mine I got the final email of PER. So just relax and you will hear the smooth music around your when you open the email hopefully by end of this WEEK. ;D

Dont worry 2173 has still not got filled. If your forms are ok and all the docs are up to the mark you will get dd encashment report in a day or 2. or May be next week. Have you checked your DD encashment from Bank again. which bank is urs.

dont worry you must have seen reply from others its states that there are approx 1-2 banks involved in case of HDFC bank DD because they don't have direct TIE up for payment of Canadian Dollars. When exactly we receive first notification mail from CIC? At the state of Payment charged or PER Received?? How could we track whether the DD has been charged or not?

You can track your DD encashment through your bank. And you will receive mail of PER after encashment of your DD which generally is taking 7-12 Days after encashment of DD

In order to allow CIC to access this service, you will need to order a duplicate report and select CIC as a recipient of your WES evaluation report.

so i paid the extra fees and send the report again and in that they stated that cic can online view ur report

Same here. My duplicate report got sent only on Sept 29 (email confirmation from WES). I have a couple of weeks more to wait since you haven't yet heard from them. When was your card charged? BTW my NOC is the same as yours.

Use the name on the passport ideally.

Hi All,

I have submitted my detailed marks cards of the post graduation and graduation degree but I haven't added my degree certificates. This was the reason of the rejection of the file.

Please let me know if now I apply again with all the degree certificates included in 2173 ?? Is it possible I will fall under the cap ??

I am very much confused . All other things in my application are complete and correct.

Hi Kiran2014, sorry to hear about your case...tell me when did CIC receive your file ? is it June23 or May 23?
