1. prepare a Self Affidavit, declaring the said company is been shut down
2. provide your offer/appointment letter from there, as a proof, (or any exp. letter from there)
3. CIC consider this as a valid experience

I had the same situation and got a PER on the same basis

Thanx PALAK

lemme me explain that I have received PER already on 21 Aug, and I am waiting for MR.
I have provided all work contract, work experience letter and duty certificate from the company it self on their letter head.
But I have not given any affidavit as you said. Is it ok? or should I inform NDVO on this. If yes then how?

Regards

Yes, it is as fast as bullet.

+1 for the update.

Lol :P. At first I didn't believe it myself. Had to do a double take and look again, before it finally started to sink in :). Did. Not. Expect. At All.

Btw Seniors, if someone's application is received by 8th Oct, then what'll be the charge date, keeping in mind my CC has security measures like opening Online processing window. How about opening it from 1st Nov till it's charged (jus to be on safer side) ?

A query

I have got my statuary declaration from my aunt (sponsorship). On which date is mentioned as 23 Oct 2013 . I have heard its valid for 1 year.
I am June 6th applicant and might get PER soon (if evrythng goes well ;D) . Den when my case is transferred to local VDO. Can dey ask me to submit a fresh copy ??

I think it also includes june applicants. Many applicants had already received PER at the time of the cap update.

yes but only a few June applicants. But of course there is a CHANCE he can make it

Brother, once you get PER, then everything is two-way communication. If there needs any clarification or doubt or suspect, VO will give you a chance for response.

However, you can inform your VO about the closure of the company with possibly some evidence. Also provide the current contact address of the signatories who signed your reference letters.

Communication to NDVO is through https://secure.cic.gc.ca/enquiries-renseignements/case-cas-eng.aspx?mission=new%20delhi&_ga=1.261201732.899793830.1410419936 once you get the PER.
