Hi All,

Got my MR request today !! 12th May applicant here. In the email they have mentioned the processing start date as 23rd Sep. I tried to edit the spreadsheet but couldn't.
Can anyone tell me how much time will it take for PP Request once I submit everything from my end ? Also, does MR request mean that the visa officer is satisfied with my documents or do they sent to MR request to all those whose file has been transferred to local visa office ?

Need Help, I have sent second file which reached on 18 june. however for Birth date proof, I have attached notarised translation copy of birth certificate (No affidavit but notarised translation) + school leaving (Not having mother's and father's name). I have just got my birth certificate in English? should I send it or it is fine?

Well the reason I m concerned abt it is that mortgage loan is paid out from the bank account that I am showing for funds. And I doubt that they might do verification on it.
What do u think?

Okay, point taken. Here are my thoughts :
1. If the loan is a significant liability that you cant settle soon and you don't like them to find out about this, why not open a different bank account for settlement fund purposes? I think opening a new acct is quick and easy.
2. I think folks from the Visa Office are very busy and may don't have the time to check everything, so even if you show this account they will not find out I guess. But it entails some risk so I would opt to No.1

Be cool, this is just a little bump in the road, you'll do well.

I noticed folks advising people that if the NOC is not HOT, one can apply at any time. But IMHO that is not the case. Please be aware that the total CAP is only 25k though we have 50 NOCs open. So if the total cap is met and even when the individual NOCs are still not full, applications would not be accepted for that NOC also. So Anyone who wants to apply for PR - should apply ASAP.

However, if your birth certificate is not in English or French, you need to send the following:

1. Notarized copy of original birth certificate
2. Notarized original translation of birth certificate &
3. Sworn affidavit from translator.

If you have missed on any of the above, you can send your birth certificate in English that you have now and mention all the personal details & package delivery details which could help CIC to locate your original application.

Also, send a mail to cic explaining the situation along with your personal details & package delivery details (of both the packages) and request them to add it to your original package.
