Why 3-4 weeks ? you should hear within 1-2 weeks..

I hope so, but I think it will be more than 2 weeks. CIO is working now on the 2x May applicants (up to 26 only). In addition there are around 100+ applications on first week of June.

Ahmed

Whats your timeline. You applied on 02/09 but IELTS request on 19/07??

Don't go by that. Actually I had given the IELTS test on 19th July 2014. Result was declared on 1st August. Got my WES report on 15th August and submitted application on 26th August. It reached Sydney CIO on 2nd Sept (due to 30th & 31st Aug being weekend).

Have sent my original IELTS report along with the application...

Not at all. You are perfect to apply now. Focus 100%.

Thanks guys. Where can I mention this? Under work experience form or just cover letter?

Gave +1 for both of you :)

I applied on 21st August , CIC received my application on 27th August.
I used Schedule-3 form with footnote 08-2013.
those who got rejection on this issue, used which schedule 3 form that was termed OLD ?
confused.

There is no reported case of rejection for this year for use of old form. In FSW2013 some applicatants received rejections, due to usage of old schedule 3 form. However the important thing to note there is that last year there was substantial difference in this form, which is not the case in this year's changed form.

Dear Seniors please help

When I logged in to check the ECAS , I found the following entry today (yesterday it is was only the first line).

We received your application for permanent residence on May 9, 2014.

"We started processing your application on September 11, 2014. "

What does this means? Does my application transferred to NDVO? or is it going to transfer? Approx how many weeks will take me to get medical request?

I believe this means you MR should be in on 15th

Yes, you have to mention unemployed.

Hi guys, I have some concerns. I worked in corporate world but stopped just last May. Will there be any concerns here if my work experience is up to the last working day from my previous job? Do I need to mention that from May I am unemployed? Just to fill the gap?

I will need advice friends.Please.

Is it normal, in my case, that my application is received on 12th May, in the ECAS system is written that my application is "In process" and that is received by CIC on 12th May but I still didn't received my PER. I left them my e-mail so they should send it by mail I think.

So what do you think? Is there is some problem with the application or something else is causing this delay?

Should I contact CIC by e-mail or some other way and ask them or I should wait more?

To be honest it's starting to frighten me that something is wrong Embarrassed

Thanks

Is it possible the email was caught in your spam filter? or you gave them an incorrect email address?

Thanks for the answer bro but I always check my spam folder and nothing yet and the address is correct.

I'm reposting this post so please again anyone can tell me something about this doubt that I have.

Any 22nd May applicants who have received rejection letters yet because of incorrect documents? Waiting for mine! :-\ :-\ :-\ :'( :'( :'(

My interpretation of the wordings is that you have to report both...h1 b though not an immigrant, is a resident category visa. Australia PR is a immigrant category so also need to be reported. I dont think they have any direct bearing on your PR processing, other than more acute scrutiny of your papers as they are not recent anycase. Do mention in a separate covering letter the circumstances to the refusal / rejection and why the situation is different now.
Please wait for others to also provide views.! I hope and wish you the best!

Thank you very much. It would be good if others could also share there openion

Hi dear all

Now I'm going to send my application and have a question. I read on the forum that one shouldn't either staple the forms or documents. Is it true? Does it mean that one should send them a bunch of papers on the top of each other?

Thanks

You can send it as it is, or use simple paper clips.... Sending as it is also acceptable

I see, where you get the information. If you look at Canol's timeline, IELTS Request is 19/07/2014 and App. Filed.......: 02/09/2014.

1. It has nothing to do with CIO's request but forumites fill up when registering canadavisa.com. Also the IELTS Request date is much earlier than Application Filed date.

Hi, If you see history of this thread then you would find some people having aor file transferred but ielts submitted / requested.

Age is locked when application is received. So as long as you apply before march 15, you are OK.

first go to

then in the spreadsheet, you will see an option FILE......DOWNLOAD AS.....

Well, actually sometimes if there are many people accessing the google doc, it opens in plain HTML format which does not give option to File. Try around IST midnight, traffic is low, and you should be lucky :)

Yeh, regulated internet over there is one of main reason. We can't do anything about it.

However, as long as SS is concerned, we got enough sample population to understand the overall population nature. In my view, there is no issue on this.

CIC's annual report shows ~30% immigrants are from India., ~30% from China, and ~30% from Philippines. From Row, its ~10%. From China, I presume major category till now was investor class. It might change from next year due to some changes in regulations. Nonetheless, looking at this data, China and Philippines seem grossly underrepresented in spreadsheet, in my view.

Send e-mail at cio-sydney-search-enquiry@cic.gc.ca to know the status. Mention your full name, DoB, UCI-if you have, and passport number.
