I have total 7 yrs of experience. Out of 7 yrs, 5 yrs fall under 2173 and rest two years is 2172. In these two years I have performed approx. 80 % of the main duties of 2172.
Please guide which NOC I should apply under, considering the CIC caps for these two categories.

Well, they sent a letter saying that my application is returned because of an appendix that they have attached and it was highlighted in it that one document is missing.

So you mean that I shouldn't resend it with the old forms?
Because I have heard that some people resent the old one together with the letter and missing documents

Hope some forms was changed, definitely u need to get updated forms. Get seniors help....

I have 2 questions if someone could answer...

I have given my property evaluation documents (by Gov Evaluator) as POF and it covers much much more than the specified limit plus my gratuity with the company is huge and is mentioned on the Experience Letter.... my question is... would it be enough to show at landing that i have my gratuity amount which i would be getting when i come back for permanent stay as i would be leaving the job ...

2) I wud be doing landing and go back to settle some issues... so would they ask for POF on my second entry to canada???

I had asked this question... but never got an answer.... :'( :'( :'(

Just go to the website and download the latest forms as of today.

Before sending your application check again , if any of the forms have been updated.

I don't think you need any advise on this. Its simple.

I have made the mistake of sending my application with the old schedule 3 with footer date (08-2013). Please advise if it is safe, it includes the signature box and also ECA checkbox.

PLZ advise as I see a lot of applicant rejected due to old schedule 3? only difference between 08-2013 and 08-2014 is that 08-2014 does not have a checkbox for less than 1 year experience.

Experts plzzz advise.

Ans1. NO, you can't show it as POF. It should cash in account balance, MF. FD, PF etc. that's Cash or equivalent to cash (in financial jargons)
Ans2. NO, they are going to check POF for the first time.

Friend of mine has following education from Indian University:

1- Bachelors in Computer App ( Part time ) - 3 years but regular.
2- Advanced Diploma in French - 3 years.

How many points he can get for Education on above degree n diploma ?

Also he has Post Graduation through distance learning....Can he get points for distance learning course ???

Where are you seeing "a lot of applicant rejected due to old schedule 3".. on this forum, is it?

If that is true, then what else do you need to know from us.. your application will be rejected as well..

If you just said that to build some gravity, then I dont think so .. theres no major difference plus the new form is released recently and I dont think they will reject it just because of that ..

Brother, you have already sent the application. Now, I am totally indifferent to the forms update date.

Where are you seeing "a lot of applicant rejected due to old schedule 3".. on this forum, is it?

If your app is not yet reached cic, check with your courier company and call it back.
If your app is reached cic, go for new application asap.

Hi seniors,
I am totally confused. About my question that I have just asked before. I cant understand the answers.

Today I just got a letter from CIO that they returned my application as federal skilled worker because I hadn't send copy of foreign educational certificate accompany with my WES report (I had just sent the WES report) .
Now I need to know how I should reapply?
1) Should I just prepare a reference letter together with my educational translations and resend them without any change in other application forms?
2) If I have to update or change any application forms, what should I renew?
3) What about my Police certificate/job letter/financial report of bank? Should I renew them? Because at least they have 2 months for validity. Sad Huh

I am really confused and I cant think clearly.
Please Clearly tell me the answer to the followings
1) As far as I understood, I dont need to change job reference letter or bank report or even police certificate, is that true?
2) As far as I understood, I dont need to print any new pages and sign them again because of dates, Is that true?
2) I understood just I have to resend the old application together with their letter and the missing document back to CIO, is that true?
