Dear Friends,
I have sent my docs to Canada for F s w under n o c code 1113 .

1. My agent forget to send form no 5620 my payment mode is dd but i send correct fee of 1250 cad . my file reached to Canada on 19/08/2014 . What to do now.

2. Does i required to send form,or can i send this Form 5620 to CIO to attach in my file or not,What will happen with my application.

3. Morever i have read in some post Birth Certificate is req.my agent told me to attach marriage certificates else nothing is req like any affidavit .

4.I am Stock broker as a self employed N o c code 1113 . I send my registration no with National Stock Exchange on Letter Head from my company Angel broking ltd statening that i am registred as sub broker with National Stock Exchange. from xyz date .

5. Self declared duties self attested are sent with file with my Income tax returns and Form 26 A S T D S certificates is in file is that sufficent proof for my occupation ?

Plz reply anyone can share his contact details for detail infromation............

Pls give one hi5 on your consultants face , if possible with brick in hand or one nice warm hug around his neck

What's the relation between birth certificate and marriage certificate ?

That's ok but not enough. You should still send a copy of the original (non-translated) birth certificate. Did you do that?

I copied all the educational docs and as per your suggestion I will put the copy of my original birth certificate which is in Bengali.
Nevertheless, I've shown $18000 as POF invested in stocks and I attached all the necessary docs to prove so. is that okay ?

I checked all the forms several times. I believe I didn't do any mistake there.

Hi I am 28may applicant (1112). My cc is not charged yet. This pr is very imp for me. My husband is in Vancouver doing his masters and I am here with my 6m old baby. This is the only way we can join him. Pls pray for me. I feel like crying...

Sounds ok. Just don't forget to write a strong coverletter mentioning all the additional documents you are sending and all the identifying info like your DOB, passport number, application receipt date etc. Follow oscar's directions on how to send additions. It should be a few pages back in this thread.

28th may processing hasnt really started.. there are only 2-3 CC charged in all, why get worried.

It is rather undisputed issue. Anyway, see page 12 note at http://www. cic.gc.ca/english/resources/manuals/op/op06c-eng.pdf

Note: The “Employment Requirements” listed in the NOC description for each occupation are not
applicable.

But under employment requirements (of other financial officers) it is mentioned that
:-A bachelor's degree in business administration, commerce, economics or a related field is usually required.
:-Financial examiners and inspectors may require a recognized accounting designation.
