Zaydoov,

This is a relatively cold NOC in comparison to 2174 and 1112. So honestly no need of the crystal ball. Anyways, here we go.

As per spreadsheet 39 members out of 138 for NOC 2281 have been charged fees or in further advanced stages.

CIC site mentions 139 nos. to date. (around 28% representation for this NOC on this forum which is more or less in line with our estimates)

There are 99 members as per SS who have either already submitted their applications or are about to submit their applications, but not yet charged. You will be submitting your application by 10th October. Entries in june were 30, July were 18, in Aug were 15, So expected for Sept is around 12 and for Oct expected upto 10th Oct will be 3-4 entries. So 99+12+4=115 entries. Extrapolating, as per 28% representation for this NOC, we get around 411 candidates who will not have not been charged till 10th Oct hypothetically.

139 + 411 = 550..... (Estimates have been taken for Sept and Oct applications recd at CIC)

Comfortably making it even if you apply by 10th October, like I told you bro.

Damn that's powerful... I have done similar analysis for 2171 over and over again.. If you have time do you mind running similar analysis for 2171 with me again..

Inform them by case specific enquiry link or email at CPC-Ottawa mail ID that you can get from forumites. First option is better.

Guys,

I have got the translation done for my birth certificate which was not in English.
I also have affidavit and certified copy of it.

DO I NEED TO SEND THE ORIGINAL ENGLISH TRANSLATION ALONG WITH ORIGINAL AFFIDAVIT AND ORIGINAL CERTIFIED COPY.?
Or just the photocopies of all?

Translation of documents

Any document that is not in English or French must be accompanied by:
•the English or French translation; and <---Original as it sounds to me
•an affidavit from the person who completed the translation; and<----Original again sounds better
•a certified copy of the original document. <----Certified Copy (but you can't again make a copy of a certified copy as the purpose would be lost then so of course original certified copy)

Note: An affidavit is a document on which the translator has sworn, in the presence of a commissioner authorized to administer oaths in the country in which the translator is living, that the contents of their translation are a true translation and representation of the contents of the original document. Translators who are certified members in good standing of one of the provincial or territorial organizations of translators and interpreters of Canada do not need to supply an affidavit.

Important information. Translations by family members are not acceptable.

Alright. I don't mind sending the original English translation, affidavit and certified copy.
But I guess the BC which is in my native language, that I guess only PHOTOCOPY should be sent. Correct?

Cauz CIC won't return documents sent.

That is what the 3rd bullet point talks about - please read what my remarks say there.

Also can you tell me what is the difference between the two red items below?

What I mean is that my Birth Certificate was in URDU.
I got it translated in English and got it attested.(Original)
And I also have the affidavit of the person (Original)

So, I will send my english translated attested BC (original) along (original) affidavit and (Photocopy) of my URDU BC.

I hope this clears the confusion.

Am I CORRECT?

After sending app. When does the applicant get his file number?

As oscar has been trying to patiently point out to you, the photocopy of your originial URDU BC also has to be certified. That is, this photocopy also has to be taken to the notary where he/she stamps that it is a true copy of the original.
