Hi

i have issue with my reference letter.

I worked for a company five years on different positions.

Like Assistant Planning Engineer, Planning Engineer and Senior Planning Engineer. My job responsibilities were same. so on reference letter, Company write all position and at the end they wrote common job description. is it ok
further they did not write my salary. so i had to attach my contract letters.

Brother, basically i don't care about receiving AOR ;) ;) ;). May be 2 or 3 months to wait. Considering I have to wait more than 2 years, this 2/3 month is nothing.

Dear Friends,

I am preparing my documents for NOC 2171.Have few questions for which I need all your help.

I have 9 years of experience but manage to get the reference letters with job duties only from two companies.
Company 1(Present Company)-2.5 yrs

HR bonafide letter of my designation and period but no job roles.I have got letter in plain paper from supervisor. Also got mail from HR that they cant provide job role details in company letter head.

Company 2-4.5 Yrs

HR letter with job details and all other except salary.

Company 3- 8 months

Experience letter and payslips but no job duties letter or no colleagues and seniors are in touch too.

Company 4-1.5 years

Experience letter and payslips but no job duties letter or no colleagues and seniors are in touch too.

My Questions are,

1.Should I mention only first two company details in the schedule economy class form as I am claiming points from only those two and I have the documents available ?

2.Should I need to do an affidavit for the job roles along with the reference letter from Supervisor on plain paper.(for my present company)

3.My job duties have 6 to 7 points each for both companies. Will that be enough or seem to be an issue.(I have contacted noc workingincanada.gc.ca and confirmed about noc too)

Thank you all for your support.Congratulations to all who got PERs and Wishing luck to all who are waiting..

Best Regards

Dont worry dear,

As I told you they won't return your file. and this is your current job you are still working there.
So if this is the only issue with your file you are fine. They will not reject the file by mere date is not mentioned on it they will do background check for the letter or job, if they find that date is not mentioned.
Therefore I am telling you If everything in your file is just alright except this letter then you are fine.
the problem is that if no date of issue of the letter itself will recognize the experience?
if we do not recognize our fall internship points and we lack to continue to.
as additional documents are sent and notarized employment contracts and job history

Hello !

I need to give all the applicants some information which might be helpful to many.

I received PER mail on the 3rd July, and even after a week or so, I could not access e-CAS, it always showed the message that the information provided may be incorrect and there are no records matching the data.

I called cic, and they asked me to send an email to "question @ cic.gc.ca". Additionally, the agent gave a very nice idea, he asked me to write "Follow up required" in the subject to get the response in a day or two otherwise the response will be given in 30 days.

Let me paste the mail that the cic agent had sent to me.

If you can get new letter from them mentioning ur salary then its better to change ur this letter with the new one else you can put your contract letter, payslips or bank statement as proof for your salary. If u r going to put bank statement then make sure it will also reflect your EMIs or ECS for payments of loan you are having so dont forget to consider that loan to deduct from proof of funds. be careful.
