Hi guys!

I have a big issue - on my reference letter there is NO date of signature. The company just did not write such date when signing the letter - the letter is from my present job and I took it a month before applying but they did not write the date when signing it.

So is there someone who has a PER (Positive Eligibility Review) who has a reference letter with no date of signing the letter? Is it an obligatory requisite for the letter???

A friend of mine told me this could be an issue so it is very important for me to know. :-\ :-\ :-\

Did you provide SAME ref. letter for both your Applications ?

Yeas i did, my duties matched them as the two noc's are closely related and my duties match them.
the cic has charged me twice for that at one time, i got 2 charges on my cc at then same time it seems

Assume, they count 2L /- (50%- FD being in joint name).. do you still meet the min required POF as per Guidelines ?

Hello Seniors & Experts

Please guide me, My application received on 9th May 2014 and still no PER. I checked my ECAS status using old UCI no. it showing in process. I am bit doubt full related to my funds. I use Fd's as POF but in this one FD of 4L is on joint name (Mother & Mine). So, please guide me can I send another application at this stage for safe path. Looking for advice from experienced forum members.

It is must to give bank montly account statements ? Or a bank balance certificate will do ??
Those who got per by submitting balance certificate only kindly share..

The review under FSW 2014 will be 100% objective and points based. The only (li'l subjective element) is your Job duties match (Ref letter/ Work exp.) which you can expect to be 'positive'

If you want extra positive thrust for your work exp.. then apply in EE 2015 ! 8)

Also I was wondering if working with a US bank will help my application ? I have 3yr NOC1112 and after that i'm working in a managerial post with a big US bank.... Will my most recent work experience play a part in giving an extra positive thrust to my application or is the review more or less objective ?

kindly check whether there is any date at the top below ur company's header??
if there is, then no issue, it is not necessary that the person undersigning actually write date too...
if nuthing is mentioned then kindly consult some lawyer...or ask oscar and asif bai...tck

try to provide atleast 3 month bank statement....or get ur salary certificate with pay record of last three months.

They will provide the File No. in PER mail !!
If you apply recently it may take about 10-12 weeks for File no. .. subject to +ve determination of Eligibility by CIC 8)

Guys - Did anyone recently filed an application for FSW 2014 and received the File Reference Number.? Can anyone please tell me how long it took for reference number to arrive after CIC had sent your documents in NOVA SCOTIA.?
