Hi,

I applied under 3012 and my designation is staff nurse in all work experience letter. While submitting my package, I did not include JD for my previous experience performed but submitted work contract papers,experience letter and statement of monthly salary. However, I worked in the one organization within two different time intervals for the same post ,same department and same JD. Note,I have well included my JD for the recent job along with pay slips and reference letter. To clarify this matter to VO,I have mentioned my JDs in annexure in support of the economic form but did not write any cover letter since my experience is same for the two different time frames.

Do I get full experience point on these circumstances or do they return my package indicating the missing of JDs for my previous job?

Any of you have gone through this and got PER ? Seniors, your advise please.

Sorry to hear that... ! You could try your luck but s you do know NOC1112 is the second most applied for NOC. Whatever people might say, you have no reason to not send ....!! just gotta pay the courier guy.... If it is within the cap, good enough, if not then you get it back...! No harm in trying .... ! Best of Luck!!

I got PER on 25 August. As per bank my DD was encashed on 31 July, but as per CIC email on 25 July.

Whatever people might say, you have no reason to not send ....!! just gotta pay the courier guy.... If it is within the cap, good enough, if not then you get it back...! No harm in trying .... ! Hi,

No, your application will not be part of that number. 382 is the # of PERs sent out so far for that particular NOC.

Currently they have started charging 16th May and giving PERs to 14 May.
