but no status on ECAS and no PER mail not able to find DD encashed Bcoz its through agent am i out of race guide me please.

Is there no way to get any information on your DD?

Try to track down ur dd and wat was the reason of rejection @last year ..

I am getting worried.My application has reached on May 14-2014 & i have not heard anything from CIC.

i have filed under noc 2171 and 14may 2014 applicant.I have seen people application of may 15 & may 16 -2014 are getting charged.
I am have paid by Bank draft.

Tried calling CIC multiple times but did not get any response.dropped in a mail to CIC but still did not get any response.

Checked with HDFC Bank but they say my dd has not been encashed....

Is there anyone on the forum whose Bank draft has been encashed for the application sent of May 14-2014 for NOC 2171

The spread sheet only shows members of the forum, there is no way of knowing any worldwide applicants there are but judging on quickly the hot NOC's are filling fast. Who knows if you will make the cap or not. All you can do is try and hope

Sorry to hear that... ! You could try your luck but s you do know NOC1112 is the second most applied for NOC. Whatever people might say, you have no reason to not send ....!! just gotta pay the courier guy.... If it is within the cap, good enough, if not then you get it back...! No harm in trying .... ! Grooby. My husband and I are planning to send another application under NOC 2171, this time him being the primary applicant. We already have sent our first application (received date 18th July) under 1112. Do you suggest we go ahead and send the second application since 1112 is looking hard to get for even the July applicants or should we wait till the cap of 1000 is filled?

Try to track down ur dd and wat was the reason of rejection @ last year ..

It was rejected due to CAP filled.
and i tried with my agent to know about DD but no hope they asked 1 month time to know about it
what does it mean my ECAS showing that WE are not able to identify you
can you tell me is there any chance of rejection

I got PER on 25 August. As per bank my DD was encashed on 31 July, but as per CIC email on 25 July.

DD usually takes more time(Almost a week more) than CC. So sit back and relax. You'll hear good news soon.

I have the same case. Just try calling DHL and ask who received your package. Mine was received by Dan though it was not indicated in the tracking site.

Hi All,

This is my first post and would like to thank all of you for all the help I got by just reading your posts.

My application package was received in Nova Scotia on 25th-August-2014 13:14 (NS, CA time), I'm just a bit worried that there was no signatory on the DHL tracking site ... the status is "Delivered - Signed for by " ... then nothing follows.

Has this happened to anyone before? Is there reason for me to be worried that there was no signatory?

I'm not sure how many have, but I have seen at least one person that has been charged for 16th May

Usually courier guys don't deliver to a P.O. Box. They just won't accept your package if the address is a P.O.Box. I am not sure how you were able to do that. In any case, both addresses are for CIC, and it reached the same country, state, city and office. So, don't worry, relax both of you.

You know my friend I sent my package through saudi express mail so I consider it regular mail however I know from here express mail consider as courier anyway it's too late now
We will pray and ask god to help us and pass this time safely
