Hi All,

What is the safest date in may we can assume todays update to cover? I mean can we say that application till 15th may are covered in it.

I am just trying to find out applicabaility dates for 2171. I am planning to put in my papers by end of September.

This is only my calculation ... just calculation. But guess cap will go in this partner.

As per the stats total 132 applications filled in 12 days ( till may 15th ). So 11 applications per day approximately.
If we consider average rush based on the calculation than it will last till next 13 weeks from 15th May (6 days a week).
But as per the craze for Canada Immigration applications will be more in initial 1 month or 1 month half and there will be less rush for lateral months.
And from July applications will further slow down due to non planned mandatory dependents like IELTS and WES.

So it should be fine till mid september (considering additional 4 weeks to the calculation).

What does it actually mean? Suppose I went to Canada for visit and they gave a 5 year multiple entry visa, does it mean that this 5 year visa can be used to say I am legally admitted. If I only stay in Canada for a month than can I say I am legally admitted there?

Can you please elaborate.

Allowed to live there on a visa such as for study or employment. Not visiting.

Just for clarification purposes, a visitor who is legally admitted through a POE and is not violating the terms of his visa (by working, studying, overstaying, etc.) would have a legal status in Canada.

Yes, as a visitor. This doesn't count for choosing your visa office.

It is not eaSy to track dd...it .might have been cashed...
Cic is sending per to 12,13,14 may applicants...so have patience...

Hello People!!

This is my first post on this forum.
This thread seems to be pretty active.

I sent my application on 20th Aug from India.( DHL Courier)
Today it got delivered at Nova Scotia.

but i cant see anyone's signature on the POD copy.
But on the spreadsheet I have seen many people mentioning the name of the person who has received their file?

Can anyone throw some light on this?

Yes it is 188 as of today. I have made some calculations that it increasing at a rate of 49 or 50 per week. If rate of acceptance increases then I don't feel I would have chances.

Hi Seniors ,

I put my file on 3rd June and file reached to FSW on 6th June , Its been 80 days passed but i have not got any response from FSW . Is there any possibility to have PER this time or is there any way that i can get any update of my file (weather its in waiting stage or not).

Any email id or anything from where I can get status ?
