CIO review officer will match your responsibilities with NOC's roles - for this case designation is not a matter. So apply under 0124.

Iam working as a General Manager-Marketing in a Pharmaceutical Company in India.
I was wondering whether should I quote NOC 0013 (Sr. Managers) or NOC 0124 (Marketing Managers) in my application!
As far as the description of duties outlined in both the above NOCs, mine match more to NOC 0124. However, the designation goes more for Sr.Managers!
Do help me to resolve this, as an improper NOC will make the CIO return my entire application..!

What i meant was if i sell my stocks and transferred it to my savings they might question the source as it will be a huge amount and a fresly transferred money.

If you been questioned then you can show the share sold contract copy from the broking company....I am suggesting bcuz I sold my shares last week and transferred money to my saving ac and doing FD tomorrow....then I vl get FD certificate and show for POF

My fathers name is Satyanarayana. In all the documents(10th, intermediate, passport) its spelt correctly. But in birth certificate, its spelt as Sathyanarayana with an extra 'h' . Will that be an issue ?

Yes else CIO cannot estimate whether someone work 30hrs/PER week or not. Add even working hours, if possible.

The reason i want to keep this in my Dad's name is for tax reasons as i already cross the income tax slab. Am single applicant not married so spouse is not an option, unless, otherwise i wanna get married now, which most likely not gonna happen for a few years

As a matter of fact, the money in your fathers name or joint name of you and your father can't be shown for POF.

Stocks certificate cannot be used as stocks are volatile and may change value over time.

Can you give further details on age, Work ex, Adaptability and English language ?

Seems like Oscar's guess about 21 points is right, as Univ is not recognised. You will need to leave this to CIC to decide. If lucky you might still get 23 points.

BTW, you have just done masters, meaning, you might be about 23yrs old (in case done masters without any prior work ex). in that case, You still have plenty of years ahead if not qualifying this year for those 2 points. Don't lose hope. That's the key. Gain more points in work ex over the next 4-5 years and you can cross the hurdle of 67.

In any case, you can try your luck this year too, and if lucky, join everyone else in Canada.

But given that WES states the Canadian Equivalency Summary as "Master's Degree" I think it's 23. I'm not sure though!

Hi all;

Please help me with this.

My wife is the main applicant; after we got married we stayed at my permanent residence ABC and after a month we moved to XYZ where we both work. I have two questions.

Q1. In her 'Generic Application Form' we have entered ABC as her residence and XYZ as current address, is that fine?
Q2. In her 'Background Declaration' we have shown a 1 month stay at ABC; is that fine?

These are the facts and we thought present the same; please guide if this the correct procedure.

Understand that for CLB 7 i get 4 point per ability which works out to be 16 points. How is it 20 points?
