I just realized one thing..
We have to show our work experience only in the last 10 years..right ??

I started working in 2003. But, I am going to show my work-ex only since Sep, 2004(which is 10 years ago). I'll fill the documents and also get the reference letters since Sep, 2004. Is this the right way to do it ?

please suggest.

I am sure this question would have been answered before but I have checked quite some and couldnt find the answer.

I dont have Birth certificate. Would Xth marksheet suffice?

Also, for Police certificate, do I need it only for myself or for my accompanying spouse as well?

Hi friends, i want to confirm that ielts points are same or there is any change which you guys come across.. Like my requirement is 22 points.
Means lis 7.5 reading 6.5 and writing and speaking 7 gives 22 points ..??

By the grace of almighty allah I finally sent my application to CIC for NOC 2281 on 22nd August , 2014 , hope CIC will receive on 27th August . I don't know will reach in CAP or not.

They aren't acceptable as proof of funds.

I have sent my application package yesterday. So just started looking at the procedure for PCC from USA.

So thinking, when to start the process to apply for PCC from USA. As we need to submit in 3 months from the date on which it is issued.

Can you please suggest, shall i start the process now itself or later. If later when would be the best time for this...

Can anyone tell how old pcc is accepted ? Like my pcc was issued on 11 july 2014 and i will send my application by 15 oct.. So will it be accepted ? Any idea ??

Yes else CIO cannot estimate whether someone work 30hrs/PER week or not. Add even working hours, if possible.

It was not mentioned on my service certificate which mentioned the roles and responsibilities. However I provided exhaustive documentation like pay slips, offer letter, relieving letter and form 16 etc...

My noc code is 2171 and application reached on June 23 with 69 points in total..

Any issues with this mission information...

need an advise.

I am a May 12 applicant, noc 1112, cc. applied from Muscat, Oman. (Indian national)

cc not charged yet, so am assuming would have been rejected.

There have been some mistakes on the form with regards to birth certificate. I submitted a letter issued by indian embassy muscat, stating, quote, as per entries in passport, dob is x and name of parents are a and b. this is issued as per request of jaspal singh, unquote, as I dont have a birth certificate, and didnt attach an affidavit.

Have got my form readied with noc 0111 (there is some job overlap).

do you suggest i send it now, or wait for a few more days.

Read about a 12 may cc getting charged on friday.

is there any 12 may cc app awaiting ?

You have nothing to lose by sending in another application, but that NOC isn't hot so you also won't be disadvantaged by waiting.

I can tell you that your first application is almost certain to be rejected because you didn't provide a suitable alternative for your birth certificate. The Guide states what is an acceptable alternative. A letter from an embassy isn't an acceptable alternative nor is the information in your passport. For your next application I suggest you review the Guide thoroughly so you can ensure all your documentation is acceptable.

Hi all;

Please help me with this.

My wife is the main applicant; after we got married we stayed at my permanent residence ABC and after a month we moved to XYZ where we both work. I have two questions.

Q1. In her 'Generic Application Form' we have entered ABC as her residence and XYZ as current address, is that fine?
Q2. In her 'Background Declaration' we have shown a 1 month stay at ABC; is that fine?

These are the facts and we thought present the same; please guide if this the correct procedure.
