Hello Fellow PR aspirants,

I have a few questions, and I am fairly new to this. Hoping some of the seasoned veterans can address these queries.

NOC applied - 0112
1. I have a total work exp of 16 years, but relevant to HR is only about 7 years. I have submitted 4 different experience letters, from different roles and companies. Q- None of my exp letters have the number of hours mentioned. Just not the trend in India. However, I have attached salary slips which state Regular full time. 02 of my letters state I was a regular employee, while 02 state a full-time employee. Any instances where the absence of hours has been a issue?

2. HR is a generic field, and many things roll up to HR. There is Comp, Ben, Recruitment, HRG, Mobility, Shared svs etc. Now, my duties and responsibilities only match about 50% at best against NOC listed ones. Has any one reported this as an issue?

3. I have a 3 year IHM diploma from Nat council, which got validated by WES as a 3 year equivalent from a recognized institute, but my MBA in HRM was completely ignored by WES. I know I get 21 points for the 3 yr diploma, but wanted to know if anyone had a similar experience. I still went ahead and attached a notarized copy of the MBA, along with the ECA WES letter in the application. Hoping that it build my HR skill case, but looks like they are very process driven. Also wonder if there is any subjectivity involved in the assessment.

I think you are all set man ... !
Shouldn't be an issue. When did you submit your application ? If it has been more than a month or so, you should be good to go.
Sat Sri Akal ;)

Ashif/Veterans..... anything regarding this post below to make me feel positive ? any hope i should retain ?

Hi Guys,

I had my application prepared by mid July but my IELTS result was postponed and came out on 2nd July. I finally finished and submitted my thoroughly reviewed application on 10th July. Ites been over a month and no communication yet.

Application sent date: 10th July
NOC Code: 1112
Already accepted applications(18th Aug): 292.
CC Details given but not yet charged.
Case officer not allotted yet.
:(
I am worried if I will be able to make it within the 1000 cap for NOC1112. Any luck ?
Can someone also tell me what does the acronym PER stand for ?

Looking forward to some positives.

Thnx Grooby, hope the assessor agrees with you. App send 9th Aug, App received 14th Aug. I am way behind a lot of people. Strange isnt it, the crazy frenzy of getting the App ready and followed by an exercise in patience for 6 months or more. :D

Dear All Seniors

My friend has applied for FSW 2014 and is awaiting his turn. After applying for immigration he changed his daughter's name legally who is also accompanying. Could you please tell me whether his application will be rejected at local VO due to this. Any precautionary steps to be taken?

how many 9th may applicants for PER???

Hi Seniors/Ashif,

Could you please comment ?

Hi Guys,

I have got PER yesterday, which clarifies that i have satisfied minimum 67 points criteria. As per me the points were 67 only

In my application i have not included my spouse IELTS, would it be worth taking IELTS for my wife now ? So that it increases chances of my applications later i.e. when the file reaches local VO?

Just incase they say that it would be good to have IELTS for spouse ? Or it's not worth taking IELTS now ??

Bro,

Since u have already achieved PER then as my experience u need not to provide her IELTS....:)

In my case I also updated my spouse's IELTS...but till now local VO have not added my new score on SG....:D

I have verified this by GCMS note....

Dont try to know what is that thing...... :P :P :P

In one of the jobs I held over the past 10 years, I could not find significant matching NOC code. Shall I leave the NOC code field for this particular job blank (Q.No. 12 (b) Schedule 3-Economic Classes -Federal Skilled Workers) or should I write the NOC code even if only one word of my roles match?

Brother,

Kindly write down all of the employment even though it is not matched of ur applied NOC.....:)

Hi All,

I am the principal applicant..have submitted my documents full fledged, however my spouse does not possess experience letter in two of his job..since it was across the border or abroad.. wud that be a point of concern that my application has not been put into processing?....Also I have made a file where I have kept the sticky notes as advised by my solicitor pointing the document title.

I need your inputs friend...so I could be a bit relieved.

Thanks
