but some guys say leave documents and forms unbound??

There are no points awarded for organizing your documents. However, it's in general, being a skilled professional with experience in one of 50 NOCs, it's in one's own interest to demonstrate the organized style of functioning at every level possible, I believe.

Has the application reached the CIO? If it's still on the way, you can ask your courier to send it back to you. Once it reaches you, you can add the birth certificate in the original language and send it back. Some forum members have had similar issues where they've noticed that an important document has not been sent. So, they've asked their courier to send their application back to them before it reached the CIO, included the missing document and sent it back.

BTW, your forum name sounds French. Is the original birth certificate issued in French? Then you don't need to worry about a thing as no translation is required for documents in English or French.

i have sent my application 1 month ago , i want to know if my application will be rejection on this basis ??
my BC is not in English or french

not submitting means rejection ??

If your application has already reached CIO, thenn i am sorry friend but possibly yes.

What is the language of original BC, if it is anything other than English or French then it may be liable for rejection

best regards,

Hi,

just curious to know...some people says that it took months or 1 year to receive Medical Request or something else, as one guy mentioned in the last page. What would be the reason of this delay? any idea?

Thanks

[size=9pt] Plus how they treat some visa offices differently by keeping longer wait times my respect for CIC has gone down the drain. All humans deserve to be treated equally from day 1 if you want a good name for your establishment. CIC and their bosses are doing a lousy job and they need to learn a few things about managing processes better. Even a small start-up in India can teach them that!

PS - I don't have an issue because my PER is coming 3 or 4 days late, that's not the point at all. But when I see how SVO operates I feel terrible.

Certainly I am aware that you're PER is "on it's way"! And my point isn't about the time they're taking on an individual case. It's about inconsistencies and lack of transparency. If they cannot process applications within specific time then at least they should provide an "update" on weekly basis.

I am not sure what you mean by no paper clips or staples? Like the general form, most forms have multiple page. So should we not use staples these forms? Also bank statements, work reference have multiple pages, should we not staple this also?

Can some seniors comment on this issue.

Thanks.

here is the statement in Checklist document:

Gather your documents in order of the checklist and check each item. Attach small items as photos and certified cheques with a paper clip, otherwise leave documents unbound.

Incase of multiple papers for single form use paperclips instead of Stapler. Using staplers are not recommended.

hi,

This should purely depend upon your VO to process your application and then send the medical requests and everything else along with it. Since the application once approved from the CIC is then sent to the local VO of the PER applicant. It is the local VO to do the necessary checks then and do the remaining formalities. Medicals are a part of the same.

In case your application gets rejected due to this reason, they'll send the application back to you. Make sure you are ready to resend the application with ALL the documents ASAP. Hopefully, the cap for your occupation won't be reached by the time your second application reaches the CIO.

Good luck!

Thanks
