 Procedure to get CIC agent on phone
 Call at – 0016139444000
 Select 1 for English
 Then 1 for foreign affair
 2 for immigration
 Call is being transferred to CIC
 Then 1 for English
 2 for status
 1 for PR
 When it asks you to enter UCI number just be on hold n let it say it 3 times then the call is automatically transferred to an agent
 Agent will ask information about last name, first name, date of birth, application received date, email id etc.

PS - Say my hello to the agent And you better not return without calling them!

That's fine. It is always good to help (trust me, sometimes I too help a blind cross the street), LOL I guess my 'tipping threshold' is set too low! ;D

Cases like these make me wonder how sad my story was when for two complete years I did not know about this forum though I had been applying to CIO back then. : It was this year when I was getting my DD made, right before application dispatch, that I ran into someone from 2013 who was at the bank to convert all his funds from INR to CAD (and get a DD made for those Gazillion Trillion dollars before flying off) that woke me from my slumber and that's how I came here. LOL Poor me!! ;D

Both are correct mail IDs, I sent to both and none bounced back. All the below 3 are correct:

hi Folks,

Need urgent help from your guys.

I have received my documents from WES, now I have to submit my application packet to CIC.

For the payment I am planning to use Credit card as my payment option. But I have one doubt , when I do an Credit card transaction the payment gateway takes me to my credit card company gateway page where I have to enter my webloggin PWD to complete the transaction.

Now the big question is ,when CIC will try to do a transaction to claim fees using the CC information provided in the Fees document, will they be needing my PWD to process it

folks please who have used CC as payment option recently and their card was charges share your experience .. ??? :

i am highly confused , please help folks :-[
