@ Aminow,

Just do the best to send your Appln ASAP ! and Stop payment of your series of PDC's immediately with your bank.

you can recover some amount from them amicably... I'm not sure you can do much about them unless you are a Emirati yourself.
Pls check the owner of that firm.. s/he should not be linked to some HH's or HE's etc.. before taking any further action in haste.

I'm just being a devil's advocate.. nothing against you.. you'll need your PCC from them in future 8)

Good luck !
neel-here,

As per the UAE law, PDCs are as good as cash. If they try to encash and it bounces back, I can go to jail. So As you said, the only way to get money back the cash is to try it amicably. If they still refuse, then I will take legal action. I got strong evidence which I can even send to Canadian authorities and this might get them in trouble. Thanks for ur advice.. When i said i will rape them, I dont mean literally I just meant I will give them rough time.

hmmm...I think you will be able to make it...but if you knew that FSW is open why did you apply so late...anyways the file has been sent to them so worrying will do nothing good...!!! just relax and hope to get through and pray...!!! :) :) :)

University administration delayed this a bit. Also there wasn't any date available for IELTS GT when I was going to book for the test, so precisely all of that. And apparently I estimated a much lower number as I thought the cap may have enough room to accomodate most of the applicants. Is it true that if you have points much above 67, your application gets priority? I don't think that's true, just confirming my facts.

No that's not true...anything above 67 is equal...you see Canada does not believe in discrimination...However, sometimes the VO deducts 1 or 2 points based on their own calculations so above 67 is safeguards you...
