Based on the latest cap update, I really wonder how they came up with the figures. Is it only those applicants who receive PER? or does it include those applicant with CC/DD charged but no PER yet?

I GOT A SEALED ENVELOP FROM UNIVERSITY OF CALCUTTA AFTER SUBMITTING ALL PHOTOCOPY OF BACHELOR DEGREE MARK SHEET AND REGiSTRATION CERTIFICATE.

NOW I WANT TO SEND IT TO WES. SO DO I COURIER THIS SEALED ENVELOP ONLY OR ALL THE PHOTOCOPY OF MARK SHEET AND CERTIFICATE ALSO WITH THIS SEALED envelop.

I DONT HAVE ANY CREDIT CARD WHAT IS THE OTHER PROCESS TO PAY THEM? CAN I USE INTERNATIONAL DEBIT CARD?




I HAVE TO PAY THEM CAD$300 and ALSO HAVE TO PAY NOW TO SEND MY CREDENTIALS to my local FEDEX OR TNT OFFICE?

If your sealed envelop contains marksheets and degree, then you are not required to submit anything else.
If it only contains marksheets but no degree then you have to submit copy of degrees as well. You can put together in one envelop.

Secondly, if you are from india, best option to send is go post office, ask for world net, they will charge Rs 1124
And on third working day your documents will be delivered.

You can try with international debit card, else pay through cc, if dont have , ask from your friends or relatives!!

Please help.. I have all my documents ready except my wife's passport which will come in august first week. I want to include her in application as accompanying dependent. So, please guide can I submit application now with fees for both and send her passport copy when I receive it. I do not have UCI. I can send acknowledge letter from passport office that her passport application is under process along with PCC for both.
Please suggest if there is any other way.

Technically, till your landing. However, there could be explainable movements but no restriction on funds above required SF for size of your family. Additionally, you can permanently move your funds from one liquid investment to other liquid investment.

I think you need to get passport before applying.. but wait for some more experts to comment before taking a decision.

Best way for you is to expedite the passport issue. I got my wife's passport issued within 7 days after interview. You have to get a good consultant / agent to expedite with police dept mainly.

This is the process you can follow.. After completing the interview @ PP Office, you can immediately contact the relevant commissioner office and get the documents packet for police verification by particular police station(s).. this otherwise go through their system and thats horribly slow. You can take this packet to police station(s) and ask for quick action.. they will make a report which you can submit to commissioner office back and they would upload it on web portal. Once you complete this, its only printing, laminating and dispatch by speed post which takes hardly 1 week total.

You will have to send the proof of funds along with the application . it's better to maintain the required funds during the whole process
