Finished filling up the forms. Required documents completed. Yet so afraid to send the documents. I checked it like 5 times already.

I can tell you my anxiety is sky-high. I constantly worry whether I missed something, forgot to sign something, made an error, anything that may get me rejected. Until I know my DD has been cashed I will worry like crazy. I can't help it.

Its not mandatory to show IELTS score for spouse if u do not want to claim points......even on later stage...

So just apply with ur score if u have already 67points...

Brother thanks, I have already applied this year..I was just talking with one of my friend and for his case, suddenly this thing came into my mind...Most probably i mixed up requirements of AUS & CA..

Although notarization is not mentioned on the Doc checklist/guide specifically...

Atleast for SGVO applicants (since SGVO has asked for more educational docs with notarization on later stage of application to several applicants)...following is my opinion:

Since notarization is a controversial matter..several times this issue has been discussed on various thread...

I would suggest u to avoid all confusion/controversial matters. U can notarized all the photocopies u r going to submit.

Since notarization of a document will not affect ur file where its not required/but absence of notarization will affect where it is required.

I dont know if anyone noticed, CIC has updated the cap limit page.

Not the cap limit, but the caplimit page was modified today I mean the dates.

You can see last modified date of the page on bottom.

I think we can expect an update on cap limit anytime soon.

So just stay cool and wait for it.

That's strange, can anyone see what has changed?

I notice they still haven't centered the dash for 2281 yet... it is left-justified whereas all the other dashed are centered.

Hi

I have not submitted PCC with my application. I think I have to get from Indian Consulate as well as from FBI.
For FBI, I have to download the forms from FBI site and can send it.
Some one can tell how long it will take to receive the Criminal record from FBI from the day they received.

FBI is about 6 weeks.

3. The details of dependents kids is correct in the form and I'm selecting "Dependent Type A" from the drop down but the dependent field becomes RED that shows there is some error.

I'm not Ashif_eee.

3. Without seeing your form I don't know what would be causing this error. Is the birth date correct? Type A dependants must be under 22 years of age and single.

1. It is better to notarize all the photocopies you sending to CIC.....

2. You can use either... I used "The Receiver General for Canada" even though in the doc check list it mentioned "Receiver General for Canada", CIC encashed my DD without any problem....

Its just red Notarize Stamp....not affidavit...(affidavit is for the absence of any docs like Birth cert or other)...

I am confused for secondary education xxxx-Jan , the year should be which year? should it be the year of Grade 6 ? As it is considered part of secondary education , or grade 9?

Please suggest

Duration: Primary = 5 Secondary =7 University/College=4 or whatever rest
