Ask some friend/spouse/...... to review the docs for you as CIC reviewer will do. Provide them with all docs. Few hours wasted in this exercise are good investment in ensuring acceptance of ur app

Finished filling up the forms. Required documents completed. Yet so afraid to send the documents. I checked it like 5 times already.

I thought you know some applicants who were charged.

Last year my file was returned due to cap; i think, you also had also gone through the same bitter experience. At least this year, we both surely will be in the cap and need not be worry about it. So, if we are not anxious about the cap, let us not reminding others also about what could happened.

Well said. Anyone that has already sent their application need not be nervous about caps and make others even more stressed.

I dont know if anyone noticed, CIC has updated the cap limit page.

Not the cap limit, but the caplimit page was modified today I mean the dates.

You can see last modified date of the page on bottom.

I think we can expect an update on cap limit anytime soon.

So just stay cool and wait for it.

Yes, we are applying seperately in 2 seperate applications. This will as well include 2 seperate fees for CIC and seperate copies of WES and IELTS. I believe applying independently in 2 NOC's seperately is possible if we make 2 seperate complete application packages. I hope I am right...Seniors please correct me if wrong.

No problem both of you applying, but you need separate ORIGINALS of WES and IELTS!

Do I need to include the following forms by writing N/A (because they are all not relevant) or there is no need to include them:

1. Additional Dependants/Declaration Form (to be filled if you have a dependent who is not included in Generic Application form);
2. Statutory Declaration of Common-Law Union;
3. Use of a Representative.

Should include them and write N/A or no need to print and include these?

No need, and write N/A on the document checklist as well.

I was rejected for student visa two years back. Do I need to mention this and is it a kind of temporary visa but I assume student visa is completely different category which I don't need to mention in Background declaration form. Plz. seeking your feedback.

If you have been refused you must answer yes and provide all details.

I have not submitted PCC with my application. I think I have to get from Indian Consulate as well as from FBI.
For FBI, I have to download the forms from FBI site and can send it.
Some one can tell how long it will take to receive the Criminal record from FBI from the day they received.

Yes, as per CIC, at the time of announcement of new caps

These are the last FSWP, FSTP and CEC applications that will be accepted under the current system before Express Entry launches in January 2015.

The toughest part always is to get the transcripts from Indian Univ. Once that is done, almost 70% of the job is done
