For WES and CIC do I need to send official transcripts reieved from college, or can I take copies of my college marksheets and my degree certificates and have them attested by the university.
I am a bit confused between official transcripts and marksheet copies.

Its not stated on the checklist but doing that will not harm ur application...

A PCC is required of all applicants. You can supply it later, but you will need to supply it.

A PCC is fine but any FBI related fingerprints needs to be submitted?

If you follow the document checklist...nothis is mentioned about attestation....only copies are mentioned.... to be on safer side i have done attestation of all copies bfore sending.... but i think it is not mandatory...

no, its unofficial. its a tiny fraction of the number of people applying.

Relax brother....

Yes on last year, due to old Schedule 3 - Economic Class - imm0008_3e form some applicant was denied...

but on that case the newer form has massive change including ECA addition and Spouse IELTS detail addition....Thats why they denied...

And the good thing is that, those who have sent the old Schedule 3 form, they also sent the old Generic form (since this two forms has changed in a similar time)....But CIC has not denied for old dated Generic Form (atleast as per FSW13 thread members)...As old and new ver had no changes...

So calm down....

As per my experience ur file will not be returned....

"Reference letters in the required format are necessary, please try your best to get them. If after all efforts you are unable to obtain a work reference letter, then you should provide a solemn declaration / affidavit explaining in detail why are you unable to do so. The officers at the VO are aware of the fact that different employers have different policies towards issuing such adhoc letters and may not cooperate in issuing such a letter. Please do attach all your employment records with the declaration. I was unable to obtain a work reference letter from one of my employers and did the same. However please bear in mind that the final decision rests with the visa officer handling your case."


U can submit below Sample affidavit for the alternate work reference/job description letter:

May i print this letter in a paper and do notarize . in that case where my seniors will give signature? This company is in UAE. if i do notarize in Bangladesh...will it be any problem?

I dont think so, for following reasons

1. DOB in Hindi
2. Parents Name in Hindi
3. Missing child name

Check with senior member who has faced a situation where Birth Certificate does not have child name. In any case, Parent Name (at least one parent's) and DOB should be in English. Otherwise it need to be translated.

Date of issue being in english, is not relevant. In my opinion, it is similar to a B.C which is totally in Hindi.

I think about the child name missing, it should not impact so much as many people in India have their B.C's without Name, but rest everything should match like DOB and either Parents Name. I think Kollins or ashifee would be better person to throw some light.

You need to provide reference letter.Go back to your employer and get the reference point stating your duties and the duration you worked with them....and follow all the details that is needed in it as stipulated in the checklist.Include your payslips and employment letter if available.....the reference letter is meant to be on the company's letterhead paper.......Do the same for your current Job also and you will surely get your points for 4 years.

I manged everything of my current job-appointmen letter,reference,salary certificate.
But from my previous job i have appoint/release letter. I will manage a reference letter. But salary certificate is not possible to have. Is it enough to prove my previous job?

Hello Friends,

One of my friends wants to apply as University professors and lecturers (4011) under FSW . We are confused on claiming points. Could anyone help us calculate exact points. Her details are below:

Language: She is confident to get CLB level 8 in IELTS.

Education:
Ph.D. Horticulture - 2013
M.Sc. Horticulture - 2007
B.Sc.(Hons.) Agriculture - 2004

Experience:
1. Presently working as Subject matter Specialist/Asst. Professor (Horticulture) since Oct 2012
2. Six years experience as freelance horticulture consultant and landscape designer.

Age: 33 yrs.

Adaptability: Not applicable.

Although she is married but separated and her divorce procedure is going on so there is no question of her husband's language ability points.

Also, please advise us how she should proceed when it comes to her divorce issue. Does she have to wait till she gets divorce. What documents she should submit if she wants to apply before her divorce. She has one child who shall accompany her to Canada.

Please advise in detail addressing all my concerns above.
