Only me and my wife is looking for PR and I am the main applicant.

i have asked below Question on points for Work Experience on the forum earlier, but want to know your views as well

i have 8.5 years of work exp workin in 4 companies, and would be able to get reference letters with job duties only for 2 jobs as below:

1) NOC 1112 - 3 Years 4 Months
2) NOC 1114 - 1 Year 10 M

Please advise how the Work Exp points can be judged if I apply under NOC1112?

it will be 11 points for 3 Years 4 Months for main NOC or the total points for 5Years 2 Months making it to 13 points

however, have all other documents related to remaining duration of work experience, apart from reference letter with job duties .....any chance that i can get 15 points in this case

what do u guys think.... on the schedule 3 form, where one needs to check if the spouse is proficient in english/french..... should i:
- check YES, since that is the case, but he hasn't taken IELTS test results, therefore he does not have a test results to submit, (just leave it as is)
- check NO, since he hasn't taken IELTS test results, therefore he does not have a test results to submit,
- check YES, since that is the case, and write on a separate paper that he hasn't taken the test, therefore we won't be submitting results?

Dear Experts
I have one question regarding ECP and one question regarding Travels (supplement information, your travels Form IMM5562E)

1. I have MS from US and Bachelor degrees from Pakistan. Do I need to get ECP for all of them or just for Masters degree?

2. I live in USA on Student Visa for 4 and half years and then living in Qatar since Aug 2008. I traveled a couple of times to Europe and while in Qatar I traveled to US twice and Saudi Arabia for few times all of these travels are between one and three week. Should I only mention these short trips or I should also write my 4 and half years stay in US. (do I need to include passport pages/stamps as proof of travel?)

Hi all...i am planning to apply in NOC 1111...I have done b.com and currently studying in CA finals..i have completed 3.5 years of articleship to be done during PCC(formerly called CA INTER)...does anyone know whether this 3.5 years of articleship count as work experience?...i read the detail of 1111 and it says that articling students are included in this group..so shall this 3.5 years count as work experience?

Article students are not included in the definition of "accountant". Duties of an accountant may include
""supervision and training of articling students, other accountants or administrative technicians." It means accountants who train the students are included in the duties of an accountant. However, those who get trained are not included.

Dear Experts ,
Please Help me in filling the following details in Generic Application form .

I am Presently in UAE , Sharjah with my family and have a residence visa ( similar to visa for all working expatriates in uae which expires after every 2 or 3 years) . Please let me know the following details .

1, Box 4 - Immigration office requested for processing in United Arab Emirate ?
2, Box 10 - Current Country of residence - UAE , but Status ? ( there is no option for specifying " Resident " as specified in our Visa , should we specify " Worker " - ( if worker then can only show present 3 years validity ) ; or as "Other " and in the Other box - as " Resident " with no date details )
3,Should we Mark by Pen " Not Applicable " in all the boxes which we are not filling ?
4, National Identity Document - Should we mention Emirates ID card Details or Indian ID card ( issued from Election commission of India ) or Specify as NO.
5, In Education / Occupation details for Children of 7 years of age - Current Occupation ? and Indented Occupation ? - Should we specify Not applicable or Studying ??
6, After Typing the From should we take print out in Laser jet or normal .
7, After printing should we enter any boxer which we left empty as " not applicable " using Pen?
8, Is there any rule for signing the documents only using Black ink pen ?
9,Elementary / Primary schooling from 1st to 10th or should we consider 2 years before also .

In Schedule A ( background Declaration )

1, Personal history , present job should be specified up to todays date or keep it blank since it is continuing
2, Member ship or organisation - if we are a part of any organisation should we submit a supporting document to claim it.

my spouse was in Australia from 2005-2011.. He was having student visa till 2009 after that was having a Bridging visa(lawful temporary visa which allows you to stay and work in Australia, if your student visa has expired and you have filled a PR visa and are waiting for its decision).
Please suggest, in generic form(under previous countries of residence section) i need to mention the status in Australia as Student or Others ?
