My package is now with FedEx and expected to arrive on Weds 7 May. It's been 9 months to the day since I applied last year (cap full). In God's hands now.

In Schedule A (Background / Declaration) what answer you gave for question 6 d)

i.e Have you, or, if you are the principal applicant, any of your family members listed in your applicaton for permanent residence in Canada, ever been refused an immigrant or permanent resident visa or applaction for Provincial Nominee program or visitor or temporary resident visa, to Canada or any other country ?

I don't know its real or not. I went to HDFC Bank for DD, they told 3 months only validity as per latest RBI rules.

I've two CC. Filled two form for fee. Asked CIC to charge from anyone.

Go with PNB Demand Draft
It has no validity. Confirmed with bank authorities...

I didn't get u. I am from Chennai,India.. I asked executive & came out. Better to go fo CC.
Boss if they charge CC & any error comes, they ll return. So I given another card details. Will it create any problem.

It is always recommended to send a DD as fee payment....

Go to any Thomas Cook Branch and inform them you want a DD CAD and they will tell you the amount in your currency for which you need to pay.
The DD will be valid for 6 months. You need to carry Passport Photo Copy, PAN Card photo copy, CIC Fee Payment form to submit with them for issuing the DD.

It took for me 30 minutes to get my DD. Don't carry the amount in Cash if the amount more than 50K

Dear All,

Today I couriered my deck via FedEx from Pune and will be reaching NS on 8th. I just hope I haven't missed anything major. However, the MAJOR weakness in my application is my responsibilities which are a copy/paste from CIC website. I just hope VO takes that thing easily and doesn't reject my application.

If its copy pasted from CIC. Then there are maximum chances of rejection at any stage.

Finally sent the package to CIC today and hope every thing will go fine.

Got a DD from Thomas Cook and submitted it.

Sent the Package through Worldnet express... from India.

To throw some light about the question 6 d) of Schedule A (Background / Declaration) specailly for people who apllied for FSW 2013 and application returned due to CAP filled.

You need to answer Yes and explain that "I have applied for Permanent Resident Visa under Federal skilled workers category of 2013 and my application was returned due to NOC XXX Cap reached"[/size]

Urgent suggestion for gimmenergy



Dear Monu brother I can suggest u to return back the application package....

DHL/FedEx has such service....Usually they dont want to provide this support..But requesting/showing emergncy --they may do it for u ....

Otherwise u might gonna fall on a sudden rejection...So u may have a hard try to return the package to ur self and correct it as required (if possible).
