Go to any Thomas Cook Branch and inform them you want aDD of 1250 CAD and they will tell you the amount in your curreny which you need to pay.

The DD will be valid for 6 months. You need to carry Passport Photo Copy, CIC Fee Payment form to submit with them for issuing the DD.

Primary Applicant : 550 $
Spouse : 550 $
Child : 150 X 2 = 300 $ (If the Dependent child is below 18 years of age)

Total : 1400 $

As per my understanding, the barcode pages appears only when Generic form is filled and that barcode page is to be placed on top of that form.
is it so, or anything that i am missing here. correct me if i am wrong...please.

Anyone facing this issue? While putting 0 digit in the credit card expiry date, the card replaces zero with next digit.

If we put expiry date as 04 then it gets replaced with 4 in the pdf form. Any idea why this could be happening?

U have to click validate and barcodes will be generated automatically. Doesnt matter where u place them.

did your employer obtain a confirmation letter (labour market opinion) from employment and Social Development Canada?

I don't know should I choose NO or write N/A?

This seems an irrelevant question to me since there is no employer from Canada offer me a job.
